There weren't my choice of snacks available. I paid $7 for 2 bottles of water. That dd seem expensive.

The breakfast was delicious and the options were great. We enjoyed the hot meal.

The only criticism I had is that the pool was very cold. I saw the pool online and was hoping to spend a little time in it.

We had to pay extra for a 3rd adult although the room could sleep 6 adults. There were only 3 of us. The breakfast was at best mediocre and didn’t provide options for diabetics or people who couldn’t do dairy.

Overall the staff was pleasant and professional. Whatever we asked for our needs were met. The common areas were Kept clean.

The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast - hot protein, oatmeal, variety of bread/yogurt options, etc.. The scrambled eggs were gross, but that's because I'm super picky and like fresh eggs :) It's not a five star restaurant, but it's definitely a good breakfast for a hotel.

The gas firepit outside was perfect for the cold weather, my little ones made some core memories collecting sticks to add to the fire.

Rooms were not as clean as I would like, there was hair ball on the carpet. This let me know it had not been vacuumed. I fog an disinfected the room as I do all my rooms.

Tina, at the front desk had the best customer service. Location was right off the highway.

When we first got to our room, we were unsure if they just rushed on cleaning, or if someone had literally just left our room. The door wasn’t closed all the way so we didn’t even have to use key card to get in, and there were pillows scattered all over the bed and the closet was wide open. It was a little sketchy. The pillows that were scattered also kind of smelled like dirty feet. It was just weird. The elevator was also down but that’s not a huge deal, doesn’t hurt to take the stairs. My parents also had a room there but they had no issues.

The room was very spacey we had. Two queen beds and a couch. A lot of room for our child to play and color on the floor. Bigger than other hotel rooms we’ve seen. The bathroom was very nice and the water pressure was great as well at the water getting nice and hot. Beds were pretty comfy too.

We knew we were checking in late and were tired but the guy checking us in was very overwhelmed. Very polite but the First room we were sent to was NOT cleaned at all. They just nicely made the bed. When you pulled back the sheets there was hair and dirt all in the sheets. The tables still had wet marks from people's drinks. The front desk man switched us to another room which was better but you can tell it still wasn't 100% clean. Breakfast was meh but the breakfast attendant was very nice.
