Cold pool water from heater not working and the sprinklers weren’t working. Elevator had lots of glitches kept answering the elevator call mid ride. Also has nothing to do with hotel but unsupervised kids and smell of marijuana was all throughout the hotel

Property was close too food and all the amenities we needed! Staff was quick to switch our rooms when one of our AC units weren’t working.

Air conditioner was loud and didn't seem to cool very well. With our group of travelers in other rooms. They had the same comment. Seemed like front staff wasn't at front desk a lot of the time. Had to wait a while to make a purchase. Probably stay at another hotel next time.

Location is good for where I needed to be, just outside of maumelle. Morning breakfast is normal what other hotels offer. Did like they had a conference room at hotel, main reason I was there. We had a private event.

Gentleman checking us in was rude. I asked for an ADA friendly room (mobility challenged with a cane and dragging leg 1/2 the time) he said they are all the same. He put us far from the entrance on the third floor. Walking hurts most of the time. We learned there are handicap rooms where people don’t have to risk falling to shower. We asked for blankets (2) one for each bed, he refused, only gave 1 blanket because other people might need them for pull out bed. Told him about gross trash (used Qtip) someone left on hand sanitizer in elevator. He said he’d take care of it. 3 hours later, still there. The pool area is nice, not sure it had been cleaned. The bottom was grainy and the water looked cloudy.

Quiet spot. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice, more than continental breakfast. Hotel close to dining. Most of the staff at the front desk were quite friendly. House keeping staff very nice too - she did take my blanket when changing bedding. (Lol I was cold!)

the indoor pool was not at all warm, and the room smelled like mildew. there was actually a part of the carpet that was wet when we entered.

I honestly didn't care for this hotel. This was our 3rd hotel in a 9 day vacation and it was by far the worst. The pool area had trash in it and the smell of the chemicals made your eyes water. The spray park they advertise they have doesn't work and was told it hasn't in a long time. The breakfast was very basic and didn't even offer fresh fruit. The room needed a deep cleaning and some updating. The carpet had many large stains. The bathroom had carvings in the sink area. Very loud as in people running up and down the halls all hours of the night. The gentleman who worked the evening wasn't very polite. I probably wouldn't stay at this location again.

The hotel was in a nice area that had many restaurants and shopping centers.

The light in our bathroom flickered when it felt any vibration, such as a door shut or if you bumped the wall. The light would flicker. The rear exit door did not lock, nor was it secure the entire time we were there. The tree on the walkway was so overgrown that we had to walk all the way around it, making you walk in the mud because the ground was wet. These were just small things the hotel could do up keep on to make it more secure and efficient for the guests. Other than that, it was a great stay for the price, location. The pool entertainment area was clean, and the toddler area did not work. But all else was okay.

We loved the beds, the staff that welcomed us was phenomenal, our housekeeper Ms. Hernandez was exceptional. Thank you she was right on time. The man who welcomed us in could have been a little more friendly, but hey. Over all the night, attendee was there she was great even Saturday her energy was very welcoming and she did not disappoint. My apologies for no names. But we were moving so fast, it completely slipped my mind to write them down.

Arrived late due to family function. Upon arrival front desk worker wasn't the friendliest person. Could be the late arrival but just did not feel welcoming.
