Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

It is the perfect budget friendly hotel to stay at when you are going on a cruise out of the port of Miami. The complimentary breakfast in the morning and free shuttle service to the port make it a great choice

United States of AmericaThere were ONLY sheer curtains, so there was no total darkness in the bedroom, as if the embient lights outside was your night light. So you are definately woken up by the sunrise since I faced the East.
Seperate spacious room for the bed. Breakfast was good but limited seating. Free shuttle from airport and to seaport is the reason most people would even think to book this hotel.

United States of AmericaNeeded more clarity on transport to and from airport. Make it clear whether to wait for van at airport or if calling for pickup is necessary. Have a sign up for morning transport, so van can arrive and leave on time as stated. People need to be able to count on van leaving for airport on time.
Room was excellent, comfortable and roomy.

United States of AmericaIs like an industrial compound. Staff were totally not fussed. The check-in process took a while. You guys advertise a free shuttle to the cruise port, which is why we booked your hotel. I see that it's limited, but if you could have such a huge amount of cruisers, I am astounded that you don't cater stronger to it.
Nothing. I think for the cost, is totally unacceptable. Spend a little more and stay downtown. If you are cruising, be ready to be disappointed.

United States of AmericaThe shuttle from the airport was absolutely terrible. We waited over an hour and still had to split our group. Only 1 shuttle, constantly full, chaotic, watched other hotels with shuttles drive by the airport dozens of times more than this hotel. Honestly would not stay here again because of how bad that shuttle was - GET A SECOND SHUTTLE FOR AIRPORT. Room was musty/stinky. What happened to the bar?
Beds were comfortable, pool area was nice. Overall good ambiance. Loved the strawberry waffles for breakfast! Also appreciated the shuttle from airport and to the cruise, this is actually the only reason I booked this hotel.

United States of AmericaOur room smelled like mildew. Our AC unit leaked and the floor was soaked. Not great for my son’s items that were located near there. The shower had no fan. That could explain the smell. The bathroom was not the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The pool was not clean.
I loved the location and the free shuttle to the cruise port.

United States of AmericaRoom phones were not working properly-- one not at all. One lamp would not work (one beside the bed) because apparently the plug where it was plugged was not working. So we had to unplug the clock in order to have the lamp work. I just feel details are important and at the price of the hotel, it should have been better. With the phone not working properly, my husband had to go down to the desk to get a very simple question.
Room was a good size.

United States of AmericaWe booked this hotel for the included shuttle to The Port of Miami, but there were not enough buses to accommodate everyone staying there. We had to pay extra for an Uber to get to the port. We were not the only guests upset.

United States of AmericaThe shuttle bus from the airport drove by us after several of us were standing at the right location. One did stop and said he would be back in 15 minutes. We waited about 1 1/2 hrs for the shuttle. Instructed to wait at stop #7 or #15 and the drivers didn't seem very concerned.

Could not take the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel because the shuttle was full. Could not take the shuttle between the hotel and the port because everything was full and we were not allowed to make reservations ahead of time so our flight was delayed so we didn’t get in till 9 PM to be told that there were no more spots on the shuttle
