Outside pool not open, no toilet paper in the bathrooms in the lobby. No towels for the pool. Pool area very dirty. Was told there was no housekeeping service during our stay and that we were to reuse our towels in the room… 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels, 2 small towels for 2 people for 3 nite stay. Breakfast- everything was empty or cold. No one ever at the desk. Pics online made the place look very nice but it was just a cheap run down motel

The only ice maker working in hotel was on 5th flr. Breakfast while hot wasn't great. The waffles stuck to the waffle iron because they had no spray for it. Was told their delivery guy didn't bring it. There was little to nothing out and stuff only was refilled if someone asked about it. The juice on the first morning was orange and apple the cranberry was out. The second morning again was orange and apple as the cranberry never got changed by the third morning it was just apple juice.

The front desk clerk was great. She was very attentive and responded to any concerns we raised.

The second floor room we had smelled of Indian food. Now I like Indian food but it was very very very strong.

Value was excellent and view was absolutely gorgeous. Person that checked me in was very friendly and explained the facility well.

The cleanliness, mildew around tub and drain, ants all over table. Vending machine on floor only had Dr Pepper and spent $300 trying to get something else. Hotel reeked of Mariuana.

Over a 3 night stay, our room was not cleaned once, nor was our toilet paper restocked. We also had to request towels, as room service did not provide fresh towels. Breakfast ended at 9:00 am, which in my opinion was early. The front desk staff member was taking a nap while a sign was posted on the front desk to call a number if I needed anything. The hot tub water was very dirty.

The front desk staff was polite and check in was an easy process.

The property needs to be updated. Our room had furniture that was old and peeling. The toilet was in bad condition. I literally had to put a covering of toilet paper over it. The shower had mildew luckily we only were there for one night.

We booked for the heated indoor pool and it wasnt heated. Short staffed. We only saw 3 people the whole weekend. The breakfast bar was hot and food was good but they had one person working it. She was very nice and friendly but the bar ran out of food fast before she could replace it. She also had to leave to go clean a spill up in the elevator. Room appeared clean until we found a bra near the window from past guest. No stairs to go up to your room so you had to wait in line for the elevator. Not enough seats for breakfast. Safety! Front door locks at 10pm but the back door stays open 24 hours even though a sign says it STAYS locked 24 hours. The owner argued with me that that's what the sign read till we walked up to it. Then he laughed and said, "Yeah, no, it stays unlocked, and he will fix the sign first thing in the morning." He didn't.

I reserved this hotel because of a heated indoor pool for my grandkids. The pool water was ice cold and had an awful color. There was only one chair in the pool area and no towels.we were very disappointed.

Breakfast was over way to early they stopped serving at 9 make it until 11am, and they pool and hot tub was a joke me and my wife are on vacation trying to sit in the hot tub and enjoy our selfs and you got kids ages 4 to 11 literally jumping in the hot tub and splashing everyone in it. It was a complete joke for the price and our room bathroom toilet didn’t work for like 2 days it wouldn’t flush..nasty brown stains on the curtains and the sliding door in our room that went to the balcony didn’t have a lock on it..very disappointed is this place for the price.. and the owner was very rude the whole time I went to use the bathroom in the lobby and yelled and me and said don’t lock them doors there broke….like huh complete joke will never stay here again….DO BETTER!!!!!!

The cleanliness was not up to par… it seemed like they may not have a cleaning staff but instead were trying to take care of everything themselves which caused corners to be cut and detail cleaning to be left undone. I could be wrong but that’s how it seemed

The staff and breakfast were both super good! And the location was great right in the middle of all attractions and up on a hill out of the way of traffic.
