You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe elevator was broken twice over the weekend. The housekeeping lady looked me in the eye as we left our room (she was two doors down so we assumed she'd clean our room soon. We got back that evening and it hadn't been touched. She just skipped us. There were little drain flies buzzing all around the juice dispenser. The scrambled eggs were like sand. The hotel is shabby overall with stinky and worn carpet. The rooms smelled very funky.
Front desk representative was friendly/polite.

United States of AmericaThe room was atrocious. Hole in the wall, carpet was damp all over, black mold growing on the upper bathroom wall. The smell of air freshener was overwhelming I assume because they were trying to cover up some other smells. When I let the person at the front know, they stated that the air-conditioning was causing condensation and then asked if I'd like a snack. While they were friendly, I do not believe this was the right offer.

United States of AmericaThe front staff seemed as if they didn’t wanna deal with anyone, check in was for 3pm didn’t get checked until 3:45pm. The room we stayed in was falling apart with mold and holes from the ceiling and bathroom. Husband woke up to a roach dead under him in the bed the front guy said well it’s Texas as if that’s really a reason to have a roach dead in the bed and it wasn’t something small was a big one. Plus having crickets in the room and bathroom terrified our young daughter. They never once offer to change our sheets even though we stayed a week there.

United States of AmericaI had to take a cold shower, the water pressure sucked, the drains wouldn’t drain properly, there was a red substance splattered all over the bathroom wall/door frame, and to top it all off, when we came in after our evening out the night shift worker had the audacity to stop us in the hall to ask my boyfriend how much it would cost to be able to have sex with my friend. THEN after we got changed and went to grab a late night snack on our way out the door the same worker literally chased us out the front door to ask AGAIN if he could have sex with my friend and how much it would cost. The next morning when I stressed these things to the guy at the front desk I was told “sorry do you want a refreshment?” No I don’t want a bottle of freaking water and a granola bar for the poor hospitality and horrible facilities!

There is dog poop outside and it was never picked up the same poop that was there when I got there was there when I left. The guy working at night was harassing customers and wanting them to take him to the casino and if you decline he would charge your room for things you didn’t get.

Gave us dirty sheets. We asked for refund are to change rooms and he said there was nothing he could do for us, Another customer at front desk complaing about bloody sheets and bath tub stopped up and backing up, Some one from booking.com needs to contact us and give us a refund.

Breakfast was yuck, biscuits were hard, muffins dry and stale, not allot of choice, especially for diabetic or any other common ailments. Apple juice was syrup. Two fruit choices! Was not happy!

Was told that if they didn't charge me before arriving they could give my room to someone else. When asked about the toilet I was told "I can give you a plunger".

From the moment we got here it was a terrible experience. I’m used to staying at budget hotels, but this one was the worst. The front desk guy was rude as hell... The rooms are falling apart. The faucet in our restroom didn’t stop leaking the whole time we were there. Everything needs maintenance. Everything is killing a part. The elevator was also not working the day that we stayed there. It smelled like mildew and cigarettes everywhere the breakfast offered was horrible even for a free breakfast. All we had was toast everything else is disgusting. The only good thing about this hotel, was the location essentially located. I want my money back
