For the price I was expecting the advertised hot tub to work, but it was boarded up. The bed wasn't too bad but it wasn't very comfortable and the pillows are kind of hard and shaped like couch pillows. The fitness center is closed and there were exposed wires in my room covered with clear tape which might be a problem for small kids.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The kitchen in the room was nice. There's a nice place across the street to hang out. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was ok and included eggs and sausage. The hotel was mostly clean and pleasant looking.

Only issue I had, was that the internet was kind of slow, or kept disconnecting me. I watch a lot of live tv, so it needed to be consistent, cellphone service was great there, so I just used a hotspot.

The room was great, I enjoyed staying there, the room was big enough to move around and not feel like I was in one place. the bed was comfortable and the whole room was very clean overall.

Room could use some paint toubh up. Breakfast needed more than just apples for fresh fruit, and the only soup for the waffles was a generic sugar free! Yuck

The street lamp that was right outside our window. Even with the blinds pulled together you could still see light around the edges. The water for getting a shower was also cold when my daughter tried to get hers before she went to bed.

The location was great. My daughter loved the indoor pool and breakfast was decent.

Walls, trash cans(by elevator) very dirty, elevator dirty, 1st room had some kind of alarm going off in the closet so we had to be switched to another room. The next room that we ended up in was ok, but needed to be cleaned better. Behind the nightstand, very dusty.The parking lot was disgusting. There were cups on ground where we park. There were dirty cups( filled with what looked to be feces in it) trash on ground and didn’t feel very safe to leave my car out there.

It was clean but atmosphere (air) felt stale and not fresh. Hallway carpet had wrinkles and was not flat and posed a safety hazard for tripping and falling. Staff (2 men) upon check-in were not welcoming.

Location. Breakfast options were good. Lobby was open concept, clean, and inviting.

I seen a water bug on the 3rd floor in the hallway. I don’t like bugs. I lived in Rock Hill and always had stayed with you all but I don’t understand why you have to live 50 miles out in order to get a room now? You all just lost a valuable customer.

The room smelled like fish and the outer door and the bathroom door were very difficult to open because they both dragged on the carpet.

I didn't like the breakfast because they only had Bagels, mini muffins, cereal, eggs, waffles and sausage links to eat. They didn't have bread for toast. The sausage links were not good. I think they need more of a selection.
