I had to ask for room cleaning which was supposed to be every 3 days for an extended stay of a week. Room was “cleaned”, but replaced only 1 washcloth and did not empty the trash. One day prior to departure, a thorough job was done, including changing the bed. Seems like a waste, should have been done mid-week.

Breakfast was good with several selections — cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, apples. Decaf coffee was cold on several days. Room quite large with great lighting.

Bed pillows were very uncomfortable, felt like they were filled with rolled up socks, you should Definitely look into getting new ones. The door was missing from the stand up shower stall.

Front desk employees are a bit disengaged but honestly this didn't really bother us because everything else was fairly good.

Great location. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good - lots of choice and plenty still available 30 mins before end of service. Would stay again.

Kinda rude front desk person and light fixtures and things in the room seemed to be falling down. Air conditioner took forever to cool down and was pretty loud.

We arrived later in the evening and the guy who checked us in just asked my name and that was all he said to me. He got on the phone and was talking while checking me in then just put a paper in front of me and pointed where to sign then handed me keys . Room was clean and comfortable.

Killed a cockroach in our room. I had accidentally left my id and credit card at the front desk. Instead of calling my room or my cell to inform me …I had to call the front desk to see if I left it. The person didn’t even know. He had to call the person who was working when I checked in.

Location was good. Laundry access was good.

This was just a stopover in a town that I had no expectations of. So this place, not expensive, was a pleasant surprise. Nothing outstanding, bur the room was comfortable, staff were friendly.

Hot tub was dirty with sand and so was the pool. Maybe they should close the windows when the wind is blowing the dirt in. Or at least repair the screens to keep the dirt out.

Very nice room. Large suite. Handicap room which I don't need but not a problem. Breakfast included eggs and sausage.

Again, the front desk person (in the evening) was not very helpful. Same person as my last stay. He gives the impression the customer is an inconvenience interuping what he is doing.

As always, the room was adequate. The front desk person in the morning during check out was very helpful.

The front desk men were not very friendly or welcoming. They didn't even say welcome or enjoy your stay. Just asked for my name upon check in, gave me a screen to sign and handed me my key cards. At check out, I turned in my card key and the gentleman didn't even acknowledge me nor ask how our stay was or come back soon. Just took card and walked away. I didn't dare ask for an invoice since I had already pre-paid for the room. They both were obviously not happy to be there. Also, the hot tub did not work. I set the timer but nothing happened. It was also dirty so didn't use it which was very disappointing after driving several hours and wanting to just relax in the hot tub.

Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. There was no coffee so had to wait to have some made. Otherwise, everything was great. The beds were very comfortable.

Aircon unit in my room made a right racket, Breakfast was poor with very limited choice. Lift took an eternity to arrive everyday!

Room was nice, Location was pretty good on main street just at the far end of the strip. Plenty of parking. And the staff were nice and helpful.

My door handle was a little weird; could only open the door if I lifted the handle up, as opposed to it normally opening when it's pressed down. No big deal, but it took a trip to the front desk to get it figured put.

The room was spacious, well furnished and very comfortable. The coffee maker being able to make multiple cups was a nice perk! :)
