The breakfast was not good, they didn't have any variety. They only had corn flakes or special K, and a smal tangerine was all the breakfast they provided.

They charged me $25 more, and they told me it was for cheking in before 3pm which I didn't. I extended my stay for an extra day, and they charged me $175 for one day and the extra $25. They never resolved the issue about the extra $25 in my account. Also it was expensive for the breakfast they provided. I understand that due to covid they are not providing hot meal, but they only gave us milk, corn flakes not even a good cereal, and a fruit. They juice machine was broken, the coffe machine was always empty and dirty. I paid less per night in the weekend in a hotel next to the river walk, and the breakfast was way better.

The rug in the room was so dirty that it left your feet stained. There were no COVID-19 safety precautions in place. The noise from the highway was pretty loud at night. The coffee from the breakfast bar was undrinkable.

I really disliked that they do not do house keeping, bad coffee, overall their breakfast was not good. Couldn’t make waffles not sure if the batter was bad or the waffle maker the thing is it was all stuck on both sides of the waffle maker. Needless to say didn’t eat breakfast. The gym is filled with sofas so there is no gym. Beds are comfortable at first but woke up every morning with lower back pain.

I liked that it was right beside Cracker Barrel we would just walk across the street. The building and room was overall clean and spacious.

There was a big roach and the wall was dirty. The living room area was hot . It was not what I expected. In the pictures looks way better than what we expected!! Not satisfied for the price I had to pay!!! In the pictures the room looked bigger and way nicer.

They need to verify if everything was taken out of the room, drawers and fridge. Their was items left in frige and a smoke pen plugged in the outlet.

The carpet was filthy to the point my kids were told to never take their shoes off in the room if you weren’t showering or getting in bed. My sons feet were filthy in 5min from the carpet. The air conditioner had a repair attempt with some self tapping screws into the wall which pulled out. I could see daylight all the way around the unit. The room stayed humid to the point that the air conditioner had to be ran much colder than what was comfortable. There were lots of small issues. I won’t be back to this hotel.

The hotel is next door to Cracker Barrel, so that was convenient.

The breakfast was a paper sack with cereal, milk, and a muffin. Coffee and juice machines were not working, but they do have some bottles of juice and cokes to sell to you. Pillows were not comfortable. Towels had a funky smell.

Rooms were terribly cramped for something advertised as a "Suite". Rooms were only serviced once every 3 days. Breakfast (pictures and ads led us to believe real breakfast was served) was a bagged bagel or cereal with a tiny muffin and a questionable looking orange. Beds were soft and not supportive. Pullout couch was uncomfortable. Internet/wifi was spotty at best. Bathroom was cramped and shower was not completely clean upon arrival and had cracks in tile/tub throughout.

Price was reasonable for the weekdays, but more than $100 daily room on Friday and Saturday was not worth it at all. The staff was very nice and helpful always.

I realize things are not fully back to normal, but really...... at another Hotel about 2 mths ago, they served a very nice continental breakfast. They didnot have a problem. During booking, when I entered your name and address.... and I assumed it was your site, I was actually connected to Booking.com and the price I paid was almost 50% more.

You asked about breakfast. What Breakfast? I received a brown paper bag with, a piece of fruit, a small muffin, and a bagel with cream cheese. Oh there was also coffee. Thankfully there was a restaurant across the driveway/street.

House Keeping is very unprofessional

Stayed over the weekend in the jacuzzi suite, but the jacuzzi was dirty when we arrived. We arrive in the middle of the night so I went ahead and cleaned it myself. On our way out Saturday morning I informed the front desk and asked if someone could clean it while we were out (We used it that night). This made us terrible guests apparently. (Make it make sense) Anyway we left around 9:30am came back at 5:30 and still the tub had not been cleaned. They replaced trash cans and towels and sprayed air freshener, not what we asked for... I went back to the front to let them know our tub was still dirty. The front desk was very nice to my face about the situation but sent the house keeper to yell at us for not being there 3 days yet. She looked in the tub and told us it wasn’t dirty when there was clearly a ring around it and everything. Then proceeded to complain and yell in spanish. She was complaining so much I never asked for anything again. Finished my stay and left. So yeah if you make a reservation here check the tub first. If it’s dirty just politely go elsewhere cause house keeping will yell at you in two languages.

Hope the room was clean because it didn't look like it. Very humid inside. Heard weird noises through the night. The experience was very different to the last Quality suites I stayed at. Breakfast was garbage.
