Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast lacked in selections.
Having a whirlpool tub in the room was unexpected but appreciated. Hotel was quiet and location (just off I-90) was a bonus.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush The bathroom downstairs by pool had 1 stall where toilet seat in ground… another stall had not been flushed/clogged

I didn't like the leak in the the bathtub. We also only had hot water. The toilet was also broken to where the water kept filling up the tank over and over. It was a big inconvenience that the charging area was broken wouldn't charge. BEDS are definitely not comfortable nor is the sofa bed.
Staff was amazing. Easy check in and easy check out. Loved that it had an indoor pool. We enjoyed the location. Complimentary breakfast was good as well. (Too bad a woman kept taking everything to her room) The location of the hotel is great alot of fast food places around. Walmart is only 15 mins away.

No shelf for product in the shower, had to use floor for soap. Very dark, difficult to apply makeup. Facility needs to paint hallways! Looks shabby.
Our room was quiet - 4th floor Pool area was nice for visiting grandkids. Breakfast was great except for precooked eggs.

Maintenance and cleaning were not great. Bathroom door stuck on floor while closing. The carpet by elevators was filthy. Under the soap holder in the tub looked like it had never been cleaned- gooey orange mildew buildup was there. The hot tub was broken- just as well. The pool was cloudy and dirty.
The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Ramand, when I called before arrival.

The first room smelled a little musty and the shower did not drain. We did open the window and it solved the smell, but the screen was ripped and bent.
The location was fine and when we had a problem with our shower in the morning , it was rectified immediately. The price was half what a few other hotels in the area cost.

The 1st floor smells like mildew & our key cards didn’t work well it took like 3 mins and 30 tries to get in the door to the room.
The beds we so comfortable, the room was a good size.

Breakfast was just the typical waffle, egg, sausage, toast yogurt breakfast. Several Birthday parties going on so it was a little loud, but we will still be returning.
The gentleman at front desk for check in was superior in helping me with my stay... The Superior King Suit was very spacious and very nice for our get away trip.

more employees. management was not there when we got there. susan was checking us in and having a really hard time with the key cards. she callled manager and he was not any help to her on the phone

No housekeeping due to low occupancy, that’s okay except they could have asked if we needed fresh towels or anything else, I don’t think it should be up to the guest to have to ask for what should be normally done.
The breakfast was good, there were many places to eat close by, also a Walgreens nearby

The staff and the eggs at breakfast was horrible. The front desk staff didn't communicate with the house keeping staff that I wanted my two rooms cleaned and linens changed while my family and I was out for the day. Came back no clean rooms and no clean linens. So we had to do it ourselves.
