Would love to have had a hot tub available. I brought bubble bath to take a soak in the tub, but the bathtub in the queen suite we had wouldn't plug the drain to hold water, so we couldn't even take a bubble bath. Other than that, it was very nice.

The location is great. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Decent hot breakfast included. The indoor heated pool was fabulous 👌

There was a strong fragrance that did not fade. At first I thought it was the cleaning product, but my friend thought it might be an air fragrance machine in the hallway. Anyway, it was very strong in the room and I had a hard time sleeping because of it.

The location is convenient, very close to the business district, beaches, and highway. Front desk staff who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

My stay was short, but it had the amenities I needed. You have to invest in a few chairs for inside the tub for senior citizens to sit on. The tub was a little too slippery for them. May I suggest adding non slip decals. The carpeting, I did not care for because all night I coughed. Maybe offer some rooms without carpeting. I’m allergic to carpeting.

Breakfast was great! The attendant was efficient in filling up what you are low on. When I asked if they can keep it open for another half an hour because I have family that checked in late and they’re trying to wake up, the attendant listened. I thank you for that!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. This isn’t a 5 star hotel, but for the price it’s excellent. Someone across from us or on our floor was smoking in their room. The facility isn’t responsible for this but it did make us sick to smell. It was super heavy and gross. I reported it as we were leaving.

The hotel in general needs to be cleaner. Many small items in disrepair, cracked mirror, window with a long crack taped versus replaced. Dirty rag (washcloth) used to clean left in bathroom, same with the bathmat/towel looked like it was used wipe down the floor and left there. tile floors in the bathroom and common areas need to be cleaned more often, noticeable dirty film and footprints from people's shoes/boots.

Close to where we were going, pleasant staff appears to be family ran, Food was hot. Although it had a small variety of items, there was enough of each item. Few people having breakfast, so it was quiet.

Cold shower at 5:30am, staff mentioned “it’s because everyone is showering at the same time.” Can’t imagine that’s true that early. For $200 a night, a warm shower would be nice.

I was in an adjoining room, which made me uncomfortable. I could hear everything in the other room. The water tank in the coffee maker was gross, so I had to clean it before I could make coffee.

The people were friendly, the bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the price was low compared to the other hotels in the area.

could use some upkeep. Bathroom had some ceiling material peeling/falling apart. Some carpet areas were pulling away from wall. Bedding was stained (promptly replaced). Some trash from prior guests on floor close to or just under bed.

I was not impressed with the breakfast. Closing it down at 9 am on a weekend day is ridiculous! I had to tell 3 different front desk ladies that the men's room by the pool needed toilet tissue and paper towels. Finally, after the third time someone put a roll in the bathroom! Never did get paper towels filled. On Saturday morning, the cleaning person never came to empty our trash and give us fresh towels. Again, I had to let the front desk know and it was taken care of. Also, they need more floor mats coming out of the pool area. I walked out of the pool area to use the men's room on Saturday night and slipped on the wet floor fell down. Luckily only a bruised right ankle where my foot hit the vending machine.

Breakfast choices were fair, but scrambled eggs were dry. Our room was clean, modern, and everything worked.

Nice size room with 2 queen beds and a couch. Convenient to good brew house restaurant next door. Friendly staff and good breakfast with plenty of seating
