Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The first room the tv wasn’t working but when I let the young lady know she same up to see if she fix it. But she couldn’t so she switched our room
The young lady that worked the front desk was awesome. She was there when we checked in and was there when we checked out

The elevator made a scary sound when it got to the floor. The bathroom faucet was very hard to turn on. We couldn’t get the tv to change channels even after the clerk reset the controller and even after giving us a new controller. It would have been nice if they had offered to come check it out. They were cleaning the AC units which was fine but when we changed the setting from 65 to 70 the heat came on and we couldn’t figure out how to change it so we ended up turning off the unit
The location was convenient to the highway. The area was clean. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was good with enough variety. My husband enjoyed the pool with our grandson. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

Sauna was out of service. There was also a temporary power outage during the night. The alarm clock went out and there was no functioning backup battery to take over so setting alarm was useless. Neither Bedside lights nor their related sockets work.

Bathroom sink hot water took forever to get hot. Toilet wobbled but fortunately didn't leak.
Breakfast was good (waffles). Mattress was firm and comfortable. Quiet while we were there.

I had to fix the light between the beds in the room, they weren’t working. The cleanliness in the pool room and bathroom definitely could have been better. Bathroom was not cleaned it seemed for a week or so. My card didn’t work for the fitness center. I checked it was during the hours. Otherwise, the room etc was fine.
Breakfast was good, quiet room, my girls loved it and the pool of course.

Room was ok overall but window curtain was torn and there was only a thin sheer curtain in the middle of the window. On 2nd night, called front desk for more TV remote batteries and was told that someone would come shortly but no one ever did. Also, a loud squealing noise came from bathroom after light was turned off and seemed to only go away if light was left on.
Overall stay was good. The room layout and amenities were nice i.e. fridge, microwave. I liked the couch in the King suite. Bathroom was clean. Tea and coffee were available all day. Breakfast was included.

Ice machine on 2nd floor didn't function. Half of the lights in room 209 did not function.
Room was well cleaned and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great both mornings.

The remote for the TV didn't work at all. It would turn it in and off, and the volume up and down. That's it. Tried twice to call the front desk, and no answer.
The property is nice, right off the highway. The room was clean, ready early. This is late in the night, but I'm going to guess the breakfast will be good.

The wifi connection didn't work ,the sauna was not working and the pool was a bit colder than the posted 80 degrees.
Close to what we were doing and easy to get to.front desk was very good to get us towels for rhe pool.

The plumbing is faulty in that the water pipes vibrate when taking a Shower to make horrendous noise. As others have mentioned the breakfast bar buffet was adequate but could use some variety each day.

The vending machines were out of order( that can't really be helped though) and my shower took a long while to get hot but everything else was perfect and easy
