The bathtub/shower could have been cleaned more thoroughly, there was a film on the walls and some soap scum with hair in it stuck to the bottom of the soap holder.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was delicious, room was spacious.

Cleaning staff could be quieter while cleaning vacant rooms. They were going in and out of doors clanging the metal auxiliary lock on doors, which kept the doors from closing. We were trying to rest and had to get up and ask them to try not to bang doors. The ladies were very nice and apologetic. Maybe a better way to keep the door from closing would be better.

Lack of drawer space to use, stayed for week and had to live out of the suitcase because there was only two drawers. Counter in bathroom was small, not a lot of space, sink was small as well couldn’t fit my travel mug to clean as I would have liked

Breakfast was good, availability of coffee any time of day was great, plenty of towels in pool area, heated pool was perfect; not too hot, no issues when needing fresh towels or replenishing anything for our room, staff was friendly, room was nice

it wasn’t very clean. Always had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. Breakfast was hideous. Serve the same thing every day. didn’t have a bar at the hotel and the pool looks cloudy. couldn’t even swim. Don’t think I’d ever revisit this again.

The handicap toilet (an accessible room) was lower than others, making it harder to get up. Also, my testicles got wet as the seat was too close to the water!! (If you don’t print this at least tell the hotel).

I wanted to stay 2 nights instead of 3 but was unaware of early departure fee so ended up staying the full time instead of at my daughter's house the last night to avoid paying for nothing. This should be made clearing when booking.

There was no parking when we got back from dinner to the hotel and had been told to park across the main road in an empty parking lot. So we did, Leaving the car which was the only car there, didn’t like that at all.

We loved the breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable! Staff was very nice. I didn’t know the pool would be so small but it worked lol.

Found hair in the bathroom on floor and in tub that were not ours when we arrived. Hotel overall needed some updates. Walls were rough shape, peeling and cracked.

Air vents in the heating/ac unit were extremely dirty and thick with dust. You could see it through the vents… when it was on, I can only imagine the pollutants being inhaled.

Nothing other than the cleaning could have been a bit better.

We had a newly renovated room, but the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly from the person before us. Nice room, comfortable beds. All was great.
