The hot water could have been better! The only place that had hot water was the shower. The water in the kitchen did not get hot at all. It would have been nice to have regular television programming. You had to sign into apps to watch television.

The apartment was clean and the decor was nice. It was very spacious for two people! It was nice to have a washer and dryer available.

Bed mattresses are not comfortable need upgrading, sofa cushions also need upgrading, both seem to be worn beyond their comfort use. And fyi the plumbing (drains) are slow. Fix these and you got a repeat customer.

The foot board on the bed sticks out and I kept walking into it and the carpet in the bedroom was sticking up and I tripped on it.

That the ceiling in the closet leaked water, and the drying equipment was there for 2 days. Most importantly, there was no hot water in the shower. Also, there was no extra comforter for the bed. For these 2 incidents, I wasn't given any type of credit.

the tub drain did not go down easy and i called customer service about it and no one came that was the main thing that really was bad at the place everything else worked fine but showering became a bit annoying cause the water would stay for a long time

The WiFi didn’t work. It showed that it was working but there was no service on their TVs or our devices.

They don't do the best job at cleaning. There was stuff on the floor. A bag stuffed inside a chair that wasn't removed from the people before us. Hair on the towels. And the dishes seemed as though they were just rinsed with water.

It was very close to the beach and had a nice pool. It was easy to get into the room with the code.

Pool was VERY crowded. No toilet paper in restrooms at gym/pool. Trash was overflowing there too. Code given to room did not work and took a while to get someone on phone to reset. Also, we were using the pull out couch and had to request blankets a few times (once by cleaning staff and twice via email). Pull out couch is very uncomfortable so would get a second room next time.

Unit was very clean and close to airport. We were there for less than 24 hours as it was the night before our flight home. Overall, it was good for our needs and I would probably stay there again for a night during travel. Price was affordable compared to a hotel room. We were close to beach and had a nice night out.

No hot water in any sinks although great for showers. Directions to apt. were not clear. No lights outside apt. Could not get coffee maker to function. No tea towels to dry dishes.

Excellent location…close to beaches, sightseeing, Broadwalk. Breakfast on balcony each morning. Great view from balcony. Full bathrooms for each bedroom. Apt. very clean and quiet. Maintenance arrived quickly to repair lock and air conditioner.

I liked the unit itself a lot. Unfortunately it overlooked a tennis court and basketball court, which were popular with other guests. I didn’t enjoy the deck as much as I had hoped to because of the noise, and I could even hear it in the bedroom with the window closed. If this kind of thing bothers you, be aware. Also, it is not Tucker’s fault, but I was annoyed that the gym was closed for maintenance for the first three days of my five-day stay. I can understand if a few pieces of equipment needed repairs, but surely not every one of them was broken! My biggest complaint was the security gate. There was a lot of confusion with guests about how to enter. The security guard was not communicative, and traffic backed up at the gate in the evenings. Lots of guests honked their horns, either at the cars in front of them or at the absolutely useless security guard. This added to the noise and went on until nearly midnight, and then started again in the morning. In short, there was too much commotion outside the building, and I was not able to enjoy the nice apartment as much as I should have.

The unit was very clean and cozy. Comfy bed, nice living room, and a full kitchen. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of parking. The neighborhood seems safe, and it was easy to walk to a park across the street and a grocery store nearby. Walking to the beach is possible, though the road is a little busy, so I mostly drove.

Service from the staff was very delay, no immediate response to our request that was a must specially that since we made the reservation we mentioned that we were party of 5 and no enough towels and sofabed sheets and blanket was on the facility

Getting in the entrance gate in the evening was a little confusing. Sometimes, several cars would line up and try to squeeze through without using the entrance code.

The blankets smelled sweat, so a proper cleaning cannot have been done. Wasn't good to know that someone else have been sweating in the blankets. We didn't get a the access card to be able to use the pool and the fitness room, (should be in the condo). Wasn't solved before the day after, "Cold" pool, no heating (that we noticed).

Nice amenties, with basket and pool. Rather close to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants (but you need to have a car).

The directions we received to get to the apartment were really confusing. After an hour we had to call because the number of the apartment did not match the number on the building that was given to us. We also did not like the fact that we were not able to do an early check in. However, the cleaning staff was super helpful, pleasant and quick.

We liked that it was convenient, very clean and the facilities were great!
