The only minor issue was that clothes were a bit damp when stored in the closet next to the bathroom. I'm not sure what the cause was, but a dehumidifier may be needed in that area.

Loved the unit, so big and clean. Great location, and 24 concierge was a plus if I needed anything. Price included a parking spot in the garage, and I felt safe and secure in an area I was not familiar with.

AC didn’t work. Pest control showed up to our door at 9am to spray for ??? We did notice silverfish in the kitchen, but nothing else. We checked thoroughly for bedbugs and it was clean.

The building is old and it smells. The bed was really hard. However if you like an extra firm bed then you will have no problem. I feel a ceiling fan would be a nice addition. The air gets a little stale and warm with no ventilation. We bought a fan. Other than that the place is fantastic.

My only caveat would be that it is an apartment, not a hotel. There was some neighbor noise that might be hard for light sleepers, although it wasn’t a problem for us. Our water was off for a day while they made repairs to another apartment, and we happened to be there on the day when the filters were changed - but this is normal apartment stuff. It wasn’t a problem for us.

It’s a great, spacious apartment in a nice, secure building with on-site parking and a very convenient location – convenient to Metro, shopping, groceries, food, etc.

This is not specific to the property, but we did not receive any of the email(?) messages that were sent in advance if during our stay. I recommend adding any procedure items m, such as recycling and garbage, to the existing guest folder provided at check in.

The location was fantastic, the concierge was helpful and it was a great condo.

I was staying for a bit to help my daughter settle into her internship apartment. This was a block away, so the location was perfect, and the apartment was very comfortable and relaxing.

The Kitchen rug. Even though it’s nice to have something under your feet in the kitchen, we kept tripping over this rug’s bended corners. Replacing it with a fatigue rug will be a much safer option.

The a.c. in the building was broken, or because it was central a.c. the company chose not to turn the a.c. on and it was HOT. It made our stay, which was supposed to be a joyous occasion MISERABLE. The company the room was booked through knew in advance the a.c. did not work, even though the listed accomodations for the room included a.c., and did not bother to call and let me know there would be no a.c. to give me time to make other arrangements. Their solution was to provide a single fan which did nothing but blow hot air around the room. As if that wasn't bad enough my daughter couldn't even make use of her bed because the mattress was useless and when you sat on the bed the mattress deflated so much all you could feel was the hard frame of the bed. What was the point of paying for a room with an extra bed no one in their right mind would sleep on?? My daughter had to sleep on the couch, which was also extremely hard, cheap, and uncomfortable. There was nowhere comfortable to sit and relax in this room. I spent a lot of time and money planning this trip and our accomodations were so poor it made the trip feel sad. Not to mention when arriving to check in no one called us to provide the room information and the concierge had no emails with our information. When I called the booking number they said they called and left a message, but I received no call and no message so the check in process was very stressful as we sat in the lobby for 30 mins thinking we had no where to stay. I never take the time to write reviews but I would be remiss to not inform someone of this treatment for someone who paid good money to stay somewhere. I wish I had booked a room ANYWHERE but here.
