The rooms were outdated. The tub needed to be cleaned and the shower head was coming off from the wall. The inside of the sliding door to go on the balcony was filthy.

I loved being directly on the beach. If I wanted to sit on the balcony, we had a wonderful oceanfront view of the beach. I loved all of the pools for the kids and the tiki bar was a great vibe.

Again, this is a spot in the strip that has been there since the beginning of time, so it is obviously an older building. Our room smelled like something that I can’t quite put my finger on….maybe a combination of sweat and cat pee? The parking is absolutely insane (which is the case with most places in this area). There is a parking deck across the street for overflow, and it is definitely easier to get in and out of; however, I am always worried about getting mugged in the stairwell. The other thing that bothers me is that there is no great place for little kids to play in a pool indoors without worrying about teenagers/adults horseplaying around them. Even when no one was in the 5-6’ part of the pool, others were being so rough in the shallow end that I had to ask my kids to get out several times.

We visit this resort at least once or twice a year because we are familiar with it. It’s what one would expect from a hotel on the strip of Myrtle. There are a lot of pools and hot tubs, an area outside for kids to play in the water, and a lazy river. There is also a little coffee shop in the elevator lobby.

The cleanliness of the room, the couch was very dirty and worn. I don't think they clean the bathroom enough or at all because on top of the light fixture over the sink was empty packs of a product called hard honey which people use during or before sex, at first I though it may have been some type of air fresher packets until my daughter pulled it down. I'm glad it was her and not my Grandchildren.

That some pools and hot tubs were STILL closed! The past 2-3 times we have gone the they have been closed. I also didn't like the room with the beds by the window! We usually get the room with the bedroom with no windows and that's what showed on the site when booking so im not sure why we didn't get that room.

We liked the staff, beds were comfortable and room was updated.

When we pay our deposit which was100.00 we didn't get it back it was to be added to our card when I called the front desk they gave me the runaround so we were very unhappy about it

The room was a 3 bedroom suite very spacious... but it was dated.. like very dated... The towel rack was rusty in the master bathroom.. and they didn't have smart TVs to watch Netflix or anything which would've been nice considering the price of the place. The "arcade" was like five games and they all took our money.. and for some reason it was insanely hot.

Love the pools, the space was clean ishhh but the whole place needs a pick me up. I don't think I would stay there again because other than the pools for my son it felt pretty bland.

Indigo building is in need of remodel. Pool not heated. Need better lighting more counter space in bathroom. Need something to place luggage on in the room. Elevator/hallways tiny.

The fridge- The fridge was broken. The handle wasn't attached and even on the highest setting nothing got cold. But we weren't there long enough for it to be a huge deal.
