We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

What a lovely hotel. Room was big and comfortable. It's just what was needed. Lifts situation to the rooms was a little confusing but once you remember it it's ok :) It was perfectly situated for my needs. Bar in the hotel is very good as well ;)

United States of AmericaThe fact that you weren't able to experience the roof views in the off-season was a bummer. I thought I would be able to go out there even though the bar was closed. That was actually one of rhe main reasons why I chose the hotel for my trip.
The staff was amazing and helpful. Also, the location was perfect for my purpose of visiting, going to the NBA game, shopping, and dining out. Everything was in walking distance.

Very friendly and inviting staff who always went out of their way to make you feel welcome and listened to. Very roomy and clean room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Ever. Amenities were great, restaurant and bar was exceptional.

United KingdomFront desk check out lady not requesting me to enter pin for my foreign card on check out even after I asked and initially claiming card had insufficient funds which was absolutely not the case, then calling us back out of the lift to do exactly that and not taking responsibility for her oversight. I don’t think it would be habitual but it suck out because the rest of the service was professional, thorough, seamless and friendly. A tad pricey but much, much, better value for money than the Conrad NYC.

Turkeythere is an open parking lot next to hotel but when we arrived valet acted like we MUST leave the car with them. They did not give proper answers about parking options and there was not concierge at the door (he came after a while). However, it is a nice hotel with good location.

He is an asset to your business. The female upstairs (also middle eastern (?)) was very helpful and friendly. Their actions go a long way for ensuring a pleasant stay - visit. The breakfast was good.
