Everything was great. It could use a few more kitchen things like a pyrex dish (we wanted to bake a cheese and veggie dish). But really, it was perfect.

Super clean and convenient. Very well kept and comfortable. Beds are comfy too.

When I went to my car at night there was a stranger standing there asking me about tacos , and I saw a taco sign next door in front of a house but I just went into my car went about my business.

I enjoyed the location and the quietness. The furniture and ambience was lovely and inviting.

We were only there for one night, so really didn’t get to expore the area.

I had made a mistake with the reservation and had my original arrival time at am instead of pm. Host was VERY easy to work with to correct that issue. No keys, door code. EASY . Loved the little Indian food truck down the street for dinner..

This updated property looks brand new. It is very attractive, inside and out. The dining room table, sofa bed and over stuffed chairs in the center of the living/dining room provide a lot of comfortable space for socializing, reading, watching TV and playing games. Plus the private parking space is just steps from the front door. We look forward to staying there again.

Sometimes noise from adjacent house at night and once cigarette smoke wafted in but these were very very minor.

The arrangements were easy and the property quite comfortable and a good value. Communication with host was excellent. The rooms are large, beds comfortable and even the sofa bed was comfy. Great kitchen. It provided a nice home base for us to return to at night when we were done with our training. Reasonably close to restaurants too.

Portable AC units were appreciated in the hot weather but extremely loud. Beds were not very comfortable. Would be nice to add a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room for family gathering considering the property sleeps 5-6.

Cute place - nicely laid out and tastefully decorated. Felt fresh, airy and newly remodeled. Coffee and coffee maker were provided, as was soap and shampoo for the shower. I think the shower was the best I've ever had in a property! Parking right in front.

The wear and tear on the flooring was hard to walk on barefoot.

Good location for on and off the freeway as we arrived late and left early on our road trip. Didn't get to explore the neighborhood. Owner was responsive as we were running late on arrival. Quiet neighborhood for a good night's rest. There's portable AC units in each room.

The neighborhood was a tad bit unappealing.but once you get into the apartment it was nice.

The apartment looked newly remodeled and was clean. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very accommodating. We showed up early and they let us check in...it was very much appreciated.

Every detail of this holiday rental exceeded our expectations! We loved staying this apartment. This local grocery/health food market was in walking distance and carried everything we needed to prepare a family meal. I would totally recommend this place to friends.

The neighborhood is quiet but a little tawdry, and not very close to good restaurants.

Apartment had all the basics that one would need -- including very good coffee, and good kitchen knives.

Nothing. All was great. We had just one vehicle so parking in driveway was available. Only 2 chairs on the front porch, but we managed!

This apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood that was close to highways, the college, and to the destination wedding we attended. 2 bedrooms and a sofa-bed / futon. The kitchen was stocked with any needed dish, pot or utensil. All appliances worked. Washer and dryer were available but we didn't need those. We didn't take any photos of the property but everything was as advertised.

the beds were not too comfortable, and the air conditioning is in every room by their own and they are a little noisy for sleeping and it was hot at night.
