Everything!! It's the only hotel I stay in when I visit San Antonio. From the valet to the reception, all the way up to the room, the experience is pleasant. The rooms are immaculate, the service is top notch, and if you're there on a Friday night, the mariachi band brings that San Antonio feel to the hotel lobby. It's a wonderful atmosphere.

The restaurant food definitely missed the mark. 3/5 for taste. Fortunately the hotel is surrounded by other restaurants within walking distance. Minor complaint is coffee in room and room service coffee was weaker then what I usually prefer. Adding nespresso machines would be great!

We loved being greeted by very friendly valet and bell boy. Once inside we were greeted by friendly staff who offered a welcome drink. Front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is gorgeous, comfortable and quiet rooms with a great location. Room service was fast. Loved spending the evening at the bar, excellent craft bartenders. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool area on the roof. I would definitely stay again.

Mattresses and pillows were not as comfortable as they should be. Not enough luggage carts. Never could get a luggage cart for going up or leaving our room. Had to wait 2 hours in the lobby to check into our room. They did comp us a breakfast for the inconvenience though.

The view was nice. The rooftop pool is a plus. The elevators were speedy.

the onsite restaurant was not good service or food, meals arrived cold and undercooked. but everything within the hotel suites and other facilities were excellent?

There was a small issue with slight damage to our bathtub which was reported to the staff. Also, the room is located near the elevators which was convenient but also noisy.

This was the best hotel room we’ve stayed in. Very roomy suite with nice layout and beautiful view of the Riverwalk.

The food was wonderful. The room was large and clean. The only issue was there was no heat in the public areas and it was very cold. I shouldn't have to wear a coat inside a nice hotel.

Nothing it was very wonderful. The only thing I can say that was slightly bad was it was a little noisy from the nearby street but for a Saturday night it wasn't crazy loud or anything

The staff were very kind, loved the area, loved the room, the beds were very comfy and spacious. The bathroom with the full bathtub was nice. Loved the Riverwalk access it was super convenient!
