Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

I didn't like the fact that they're hosting half of there hotel to homeless people, but have it online for regular people to think that they're getting a nice hotel and it's really not.

For paying almost $200 I expected better . The other people staying there hanging out smoking in parking (ghetto ) looked kinda like a homeless shelter . Room was comfortable but floors were dirty and sheets had like foot prints , mattress had big stains . I booked due to soaking tub . That seemed cleaned was questioning why coffee maker wld be set up in the bathrm and not in living rm . I definitely think I way over paid . . Pool looked cloudy .

Although there was breakfast it was simply plain I would of loved some type of breakfast meat to go with my eggs potatoes and waffles, also you can tell who’s a regular they don’t set good examples for guest coming in and out the hallways have a tint cigarette smell even though there’s a designated smoking area, the extra blanket I received was still dirty with thick stains should of been thrown away
The location was nice it’s close to local stores and restaurants you can walk to. Staff was very friendly especially the guy that runs the breakfast bar, it has a nice pool very relaxing in the night when the neon lights come on

They guy at the desk at the end of our stay was rude. He was in his cell phone a majority of the time even though there were two customers in front of him. He was laughing and joking with his friend on the other line. Hi co-worker just got up and walked away and didn’t help anyone. T
The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful, informative. The beds were comfortable. We we’re provided with what we needed, extra towels.

We asked for a late check in even though our room was suppose to be ready by 3pm and it still wasn't ready by 6pm (which is when our late checkin was suppose to be). When we got to our room after going to dinner 1st to give them time to get our room ready, the floor was dirty and when I moved the bunkbeds over which were left in the middle of the room there was all kinds of junk under it old candies, napkins and dirt. Why couldn't we check in on time, it didn't loon like anyone really cleaned the room after the last guests had been in there. When I pulled out the 3rd bed under the bunkbeds the mattress was filthy and had no bedding on it. This was very disappointing and gross.

The extra intelligence base service not known or discussed no organized pre workout ordered or the unique system in the room tub. Odd . plus the fireplace center point didn't have any power or information for us the guest.
Great destination scene vocab loud lights really turn the mood up full blast in it's part jacuzzi slash hot tub suite. I did love the door or room number in titled suite or more than less diamond 💎 suite .

The floors in the room needed to be cleaned better, socks were very dirty from floor. This place seemed more like a residential complex than anything else, people working on vehicles in the lot, etc. Also, there was a $10 a night facility fee attached to my bill, they said it was for the parking and upkeep of the lot. ( ??? )

Run down walls and hair on walls in shower, not cleaned well from last customers, their open bar of soap and shampoo still there.
Friendly staff, secure parking with guard all night, slept well.

Uknowlegable. Booked twice 322.94 + 322.94 = 645.88 Then I was told to leave. Saying I was on a Black List. It's been 3 Days NO Refund ! On top of the I still Haven't Recieved my 100.00 Deposit from March 9, 2024. Help Me I was given a Cancellation # Respectfully Mike Castro April 10, 2024

They didn’t have the reservation. The staff was so rude! We ended going to the Days Inn across the street. The people were lovely & the facility clean & nice. We ended up extending our stay for 6 more days.

Could not get the Bedroom TV to work. The internet connection was bad. I'm still waiting to get my $100 deposit back. Other hotels give it back within 24 hours

Staff was awesome at front desk but the rooms were not at all what was pictured and the beds were very old mattresses and u could feel the springs all through them it was very meaning from the pictures and the price is very high considering the false picture that's painted on the website about what room looks like it was filthy bathtub hadn't been cleaned floors turned my feet black and not to mention tv signal was super shaky this room is not what ur made to believe ur getting but staff at desk was amazing
