I'm leaving roaches! We found one in our room. Tub nozzle loose. Towels were rough texture. Asked for extra blankets, we have none. 2 bars soap that's it. No hot water when we arrived. Called front desk water all of a sudden got hot. Need to call health department on the new owner. Yes it's been remodeled since April 2023. Bldg Old! Usually stay 2 nights. Website description needs changing. What a mess.
Location that's it. Parking in front to tight. Go around bldg rock wall needs to be closed off permanently. Accident waiting to happen!

Room phone didn’t work, a/c / heater was a pain to figure out. So was the tv. More so Pissed I paid $200 for a partly working room. I have stayed there multiple times and second annoying stay. We couldn’t ask for a different room becuz they were completely sold out!

The closest one required me to stretch my power cable in the air, across the doorway, which made movement very limited, and my computer to be on the very edge of the desk.
