Room had a lot of hairs in it, sink, towels and sheets; Shower pressure was abysmal especially after a long day of hiking ; No toiletries besides a soap bar were provided (not sure if you had to ask for them); Walls are very thin and there were a couple times I was woken up

It is not in walking distance to the town center

Its a plain room, but it has all one needs, even a little kitchen with a microwave and a sink and a fridge. There is plenty of space.

It was a work in progress, and the hot water needed to be reset in order for me to be able to shower....at 1am. The linens still had a lot of random hair on them.....the towels as well as the fitted sheets.

Room location and hotel location were convenient.

People in the room next to us fought all night long. We slept for maybe an hour if we were lucky. Ac/heater was making loud clicking noises all night.

Asked for smoking room. We don't have that when I made reservations it said smoking. Man next to us went in his bathroom upon arrival. Came right back out. I'm leaving roaches! We found one in our room. Tub nozzle loose. Towels were rough texture. Asked for extra blankets, we have none. 2 bars soap that's it. No hot water when we arrived. Called front desk water all of a sudden got hot. Need to call health department on the new owner. Yes it's been remodeled since April 2023. Bldg Old! Usually stay 2 nights. Website description needs changing. What a mess.

Location that's it. Parking in front to tight. Go around bldg rock wall needs to be closed off permanently. Accident waiting to happen!

TV had very complex routine to turn on. No directions or list of channels in the room. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

Our room key could work. Every night when we came back we had to ring the bell for service since our room key did not work. Clean towels would have been nice.

We had some issues with the plumbing, toilet didn’t always refill after flushing and the sink and toilet would gurgling back up all through out the middle of the night! Room phone didn’t work, a/c / heater was a pain to figure out. So was the tv. More so Pissed I paid $200 for a partly working room. I have stayed there multiple times and second annoying stay. We couldn’t ask for a different room becuz they were completely sold out!

I was excited when I was able to revive another pillow when I asked the front desk! Mainly go to this hotel cuz we can walk to Sheetz

extremely bare bones. window needed washing. was like looking through light fog. floor was dirty. after walking barefoot for less than half hour my feet looked like i had spent the day walking on newspaper. toilet is very low to the floor so hard on arthritic knees.

close to home. bed was very comfortable, fridge and microwave clean and worked better than the ones at home. bed linens and towels were spotless and bright white. bathroom was spotless.

They never mop their room floors. Feet have to be covered or the bottoms of your feet will get black from walking around hotel room.

Overall decent, the floors just need to be mopped often.

There was a nice desk under the TV that I thought I could do some work on my computer on. However, there were no power outlets. The closest one required me to stretch my power cable in the air, across the doorway, which made movement very limited, and my computer to be on the very edge of the desk.
