The beds were not that comfortable. There was some inconvenience with the filming and we weren't allowed access to the pool for a portion of a day. Some of the behavior and lack of respect for the rooms and occupants adjacent to the second floor roof deck was frustrating at times.

The location was great. The available pools and beach access was great. The food from the bar was excellent. Prices were reasonable for everything

The internet would not stay connected. I had to keep reconnecting every half hour or so. I finally just gave up.

The pool area was really nice and clean. Also, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Really good location.

I guess we didn’t take our do not disturb sign in before noon and missed having our room cleaned up during our 5 night stay.

The only thing we would like to see is more handicapped parking on site. This was the first time that we have had an uncomfortable bed.

We love the game room and small store on site. We have stayed here several times and it is always clean. Staff is always helpful. Love the different pools. Can't wait to bring the grandkids!

The parking in the deck needs to have more cameras watching all customers cars from vandalism, not just cameras at the entrance. Then cameras should be able to see everyone vehicles. Yes my vehicle was vandalized and 911 and the police and your security guard was called and management was notified. Nothing was done to correct this issue. My vehicle wasn’t 30days old. This was very unfortunate that a resort like this doesn’t have more cameras any one could walk by any given vehicle and their vehicle could be keyed and this resort can’t supply any camera information.

There is nothing that I did not like about the property

I liked it because it was family-oriented and things for adults to do. I also like it had bowling and a game room with an indoor and outdoor pool.

I wish property was located further up to be able to walk to different places at Myrtle Beach.

The property was clean the staff were courteous and professional, enough places to eat without leaving the property.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the daily cost of the breakfast. Considering the fees paid, I think each guest should have received one complimentary breakfast.

I like the location of the property and all of the amenities available to me and my family.

We were there early. We had asked for an early check in. We were told if they were done we could. Unfortunately our rooms were not ready even at 4- our check in time.

Our flight was too early for breakfast. I loved the view from the room and the stay was very pleasant. Definitely would stay there again!

I have asthma and copd. The room was mildew smell. But when we opened the slider it went away. I think it is from being right on the ocean. I wish their was a screen for the slider. My bed was just ok. Pillows were square, I went and bought new one. The lazy river had lots of leaves.

I enjoyed the view, pools, hot tubs. The food at the outside bar was awesome! I wish we had more days to use all the facilities. The bowling looked fun. The parking was easy. Elevators were fast most of the time. I did feel safe on this property. I will go back next year I hope I can stay a whole week . We had a stove, full size refrigerator, microwave . That was nice. You could cook if you wanted. I had a partial view of the ocean, it was nice.

Me and my wife book reservations for our Wedding Anniversary to have a Oceanfront room like I requested and when we get there they said they didn't have no oceanfront view and of course we have been there seven to ten times before in the past five to seven years and that was a special occasion for us and I wanted it to be special for my wedding anniversary.

The cleaning services was good and the game room was good as well.

This is a place that once you arrive you don't have to leave until you are ready to go home. Staff is friendly, especially Seth & Ed.
