I wish the bedroom area was on the beach side versus the hallway.

The only thing we didn't like was that the water didn't drain well in the bathtub.

My daughter and I were on a girls' trip! We loved the view from our 10th floor ocean front suite. We ate dinner on the patio with a great view of the ocean and great service!

The indoor pool was closed for over a day on a rainy day which was too bad. No notice to it being closed unless you walked down there. The bathroom in our room was small and was outdated compared to the rest of the room. Entertainment zone seemed short staffed to ask questions about bowling and to order and receive food. Usually only had two workers total when we were in the area.

Hotel has a great pool area with a DJ at night and bar in close proximity to order from. Having the beach right there is so convenient with a wash off station. Appreciated the available parking on site and not having to valet our car like at other hotels. Entertainment area with bowling alley was a nice amenity.

The location of the resort was great. Close to all. We had an oceanfront room which was amazing. The pools were clean and had a lot of seating available.

The kitchen utensils was not clean and when I went to clean the utensils, I noticed that they were stained so I did not utilize the kitchen and wind up spending a lot of unnecessary money eating out

Housekeeping only took out the trash and gave more towels. Didnt vacuum and beds weren’t made. Saw a bug in the bathroom which made me feel uncomfortable after that and paranoid. Curtain in the living room hovers right over the ac unit.

I didn't like the weather. Haha, the outdoor pools I wish were warmer(they are heated) just not as warm as i would of liked for that time of year. . We went in late March when it was still chilly. But it's not a complaint. I just wished they were warmer outside. My kids didn't mind.

The staff was amazing. The facility is clean. Beds are comfortable, and the price is great for a family of 5. There is plenty of stuff for kids to do, especially on cold rainy days. The arcade and bowling alley, indoor pool,were great for keeping kids busy and wearing them out.

The stay was great. Wonderful location and facility with everything you need. Only default about the room was the balcony door didn't lock. I asked for maintainance to come fix it because we have a 2 yr old and didnt want any mishaps. No one came hopefully they get it fix for the next family. (room 850)
