The kitchen utensils was not clean and when I went to clean the utensils, I noticed that they were stained so I did not utilize the kitchen and wind up spending a lot of unnecessary money eating out

Housekeeping only took out the trash and gave more towels. Didnt vacuum and beds weren’t made. Saw a bug in the bathroom which made me feel uncomfortable after that and paranoid. Curtain in the living room hovers right over the ac unit.

I didn't like the weather. Haha, the outdoor pools I wish were warmer(they are heated) just not as warm as i would of liked for that time of year. . We went in late March when it was still chilly. But it's not a complaint. I just wished they were warmer outside. My kids didn't mind.

The staff was amazing. The facility is clean. Beds are comfortable, and the price is great for a family of 5. There is plenty of stuff for kids to do, especially on cold rainy days. The arcade and bowling alley, indoor pool,were great for keeping kids busy and wearing them out.

The stay was great. Wonderful location and facility with everything you need. Only default about the room was the balcony door didn't lock. I asked for maintainance to come fix it because we have a 2 yr old and didnt want any mishaps. No one came hopefully they get it fix for the next family. (room 850)

I liked the location but more importantly the STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING!!!! Yes I did add 4 explanation marks. They were friendly, outgoing, patient, SMILING I just can not use enough descriptive adjectives for the staff at this resort!!

Slippery steps in pool. Slipped and fell in and fractured toe. We rented two rooms and asked for them in a message to be adjoined or same floor and they were not. Room 738 did not have toilet seal and fly and hair in toilet. Rm 852 only had small trash barrel in room. Lazy river was more like a dead river. No movement and very small. Balcony in 738 could only see ocean if you were to sit far right side of balcony which only has room for one chair.

Hot tubs closing at 11pm! Please consider keeping them open another hour!

The room was nice!! The hot tubs were great!!!! Nice staff! Plenty of parking! Great hotel! I'll DEFINITELY stay at Coral Beach again!! I love it!

The bathroom needed grab bars and mats for the tub very unsafe. Check out okay attendant not very friendly just doing a job. Not being able to get a good meal other than breakfast on the premises.

The bar on the sixth floor bar tenders very friendly. The security of place. All of the staff very helpful .

A few things- I drove from MN with my two children for Spring Break. Out of all of the staff I met or ran into, I can pick 4 out of many that were genuine & kind. The rest of the staff seemed to have attitude issues. Don’t expect a “hello, Good morning or welcome to Coral Beach”. I actually got that more from the guy cleaning the pool every morning. I think the staff need serious training on hospitality and what customer service looks and sounds like; especially at a resort where families are staying for days. They didn’t do a great job at making my children and I “feel at home”. Also, I did notice they’re continuing to remodel or repair rooms. I think the layout of the hotel is unique but they should absolutely put more $ into making room accommodations more up to date. Not terrible but also a little on the cheap side of things. The door barely worked with the card always got jammed. The cement slabs on patio outside were loose and the interior of rooms could be deep cleaned better.

The amenities and view were amazing! I enjoyed waking up early and being able to walk from the resort to watch the sunrise. It was also reassuring to see the maintenance and cleaning staff bright and early cleaning the pools and hot tubs. Ocean View room was best pick.
