It’s beautifully maintained and the rooms where spacious and clean. Also the staff was friendly and we especially enjoyed taking to Jim the security guard. He was very helpful.

Unit was not described properly on Booking.com. This is a Time-Share facility. We had to check in twice for our 15 night stay. Reception staff not very friendly and really not helpful. No real explanation of what we had to do or why. Apartment provided (607) was extremely tired and in need of renovation. The one elevator for our building was extremely slow, especially as it was used by cleaning/maintenance staff as well as guests. The A/C unit is located on the roof and was exceedingly noisy, especially throughout the night. This was reported to the front desk, with no response. Check in time is from 16.00 however the front desk closes at 18.00. After this 2 hour slot for check in, key cards are placed in a lock box/key safe. What was described as a shared balcony is actually an outside walkway/corridor. There is nowhere on site to purchase food or beverages. Unit advertised as accomodating 4, which would really not be at all comfortable and we would not recommend. There is no seating or sun lounges on the beach for this facility.

Location of accommodation on St Pete's Beach was excellent. The resorts pool area was extremely good with great pools which were heated, and hot tubs. Good to see disabled/wheelchair access available. Maid service was very good with plenty of towels available. Laundry facilities freely available and good quality. Lots of free parking available. Good WiFi.

The interior of the condo was tired, stained and shabby It was next to an unsightly car park/forthcoming construction maybe No housekeeping for the duration of our stay in spite of asking. I was expecting a holiday, not a home from home experience. Extremely disappointed with this aspect. The reception lobby staff were obviously used to complaints as they were unresponsive and didn’t care. No bar or restaurant on site Have to drive everywhere

The room could have cleaner. The light switch in the bathroom was very dirty and the bifold doors were caked with dust.

I loved the condo itself and the pool view was nice but along with that view came a view of a large space used for construction workers full of junk

Room very outdated, could use a good deep clean and some paint too. Smelled old/kinda musty. The morning we were packing up to leave, there was a huge cockroach on the wall. Our "pool view " room was actually a view of a gravel parking lot where employees parked, we could almost see the pool down the way... Two of the three hot tubs barely bubble when you push the button.

Location close to everything, we could walk to several bars/restaurants easily. The beach was nice

Room was small for a suite. The second bed wasn’t made up when we arrived and we had to do it ourselves. The cleanliness lacked attention to deal. Furniture was dated and would have benefited from replacing. Front desk staff could have been more helpful following an error on their part.

Location was perfect for what we wanted and close to variety of restaurants and bars. Room was clean and bedroom nice, bed comfortable.

1)They had to move us after the 1st night due to booking and within 10-15 min after moving and housekeeping cleaned the room before the next check, my phone charger was suddenly missing and could not find it.. 2) No chairs set out on the beach or any amenities on the beach 3) Housekeeping staff knocking on our door prior to check out time to see if we left yet. 4) Slow as molasses, hot elevator. 5) The resort initially charged me twice and took a week with the help of booking .com to get it resolved

Clean spacious rooms and better than staying at a regular motel/hotel. All the amenities of a condo at the price of a 3star hotel.

Broken dishwasher, a "pool view" room was only a dumpster view, dusty, moldy vents, broken closet, many missing kitchen tools, dirty fridge.

We drove 6 hours with kids, when we got there at 5, they inform us that they have to give us a refund back to book somewhere else!!! The AC was broken! It was after five so most places were done taking reservations for the evening. We lucked out and found an air bnb last min. But we booked it a month in advance! And the room was disgusting and so very small. All around the worst start to a vacation ever!!

Extend the hours of check in time not 6 pm only. There are travelers who live far that can’t control their travel time.

No free breakfast, but everything is close to the beach. I like the location it’s conveniently located to restaurants, fast food, cafes & convenience stores.

The property pet. The snake. also the shared balconies and the room were outdated

after arriving on my way to check in I encountered a huge black snake. It scared me so badly I couldn't enjoy my trip. They staff is well aware of its presence and even said it was a property pet.

I had paid for a pool view room and my view was a huge empty, broken parking lot view from the hotel next door. When I went to tell the lobby receptionist he proceeds to tell me “well if you sit on the couch on the corner of your room, you can see the pool” I was a little shocked and upset when he told me that. I couldn’t even see the pool from the corner because a tree was blocking it. He also said the pool view is only for the 2 bedroom, so if you’re going to rent a one bedroom “pool view”, you’re not going to see the pool. Aside from that, there’s also no ice machine. Yes the room has a fridge but it makes ice very slow. So if you have a cooler you want to fill up to take to the beach, you’re going to need to leave the hotel and buy ice at a gas station or somewhere else.

The pool was beautiful and I loved that it was right on the beach.

Furniture very outdated. No restaurant or bar on property. Needs major updating. Vending machine not working. Staff power washing during the day. No facilities on the beach. Just not acceptable for price we paid. Booking.com need to check out properties before putting them on their site.

1 bed unit could be small for more than 2 people, 4 people can sleep though (1 king and 1 sofa bed). TV in the living room was facing the armchair, only angle view from the couch.

Spa zone: 2 pools, 3 hot tubs. Closes very late, at 11 pm. vs at sunset in other places I’ve been. Nice clean room with everything needed. Lots of windows in the unit, good view. Right on the beach.

It would have been nice to have daily housekeeping. Also, our shower head needed to be changed…water presser in the tub was good, but not coming out of the shower head. We asked for it to be replaced, but it never was.

Beautiful condo…totally Florida decor! Staff was helpful. We received a late checkout and still needed them to hold our luggage. We were able to use all the amenities until we left. There was no daily housekeeping, but one of the young ladies stopped every day that she was there to see if we needed anything.
