The breakfast was very sub-standard. For fruit, there were only 3 apples. The biscuits for biscuits&gravy were hard and there was not another hot food item. For baked goods, there was only white bread.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were generally clean.

The entire place is under some type of construction and/or needing to be fixed.l The main areas needed a good vacuum. The pillows need need to be updated. I was happy to bring my own pillow. The lamps were not in the best of shape. The price per night for this hotel was way overpriced. I definitely will read the reviews closer to stay to make sure its a place to stay.

The location. I did report that the toilet handle was broken, and they fixed it in a timely manner.

The deposit was added to the amount and I fighting to get the deposit back. I was only there to check in, sleep and shower. I made the bed and everything to make it look like no one had even been there.

The breakfast was okay, not much to choose from. I wish the hotel would let you know in advance there is an extra 100 dollar fee added to the hotel for a security deposit.

We were told three different stories about a pool and a hot tub! And the main reason my friend and I were going because we just wanted to have a girls night out and relax in the hot tub and there was no hot tub!

The door to our room was extremely hard to open and shut, the room could have been cleaned a lot better. Was disappointed in how well the pool was kept, looked like a huge construction zone in the area. We planned on staying till closer to our check out time but due to the fire alarm going off and your staff who clearly were not trained to deal with the situation we decided to leave.

The location was perfect for our stay.

A little better cleaning in the bathroom around stools. Hallways to rooms should replace badly stained carpet or very deep clean. Breakfast selections below par for hotels with similar rates in the area.

Cleanliness of the bathroom. Very disappointed. Rust around the toilet and floor which seems like could be taken care of for paying almost $300/ night. Hair on the floor .

Very tired place. Old, worn out. Had a stage in the corner of the room - gather it was an old boarded-up whirlpool tub maybe? No soap first day, second day the shampoo disappeared.

The mold ring around the waterline in the toilet. The carpet throughout the building looked as if it had not been cleaned in years, a deep cleaning (example: steam cleaned.)

No working elevator. No soap in room for two days. The front desk said they would deliver some to the room and didn't. The free breakfast was a joke. I'm sure the inmates at the local county jail eat better.

This property will literally steal from you. I booked and when I got there they wanted to add multiple additional charges. Almost the same cost of the room. I was road weary and left. Unable to read all the ridiculous small print while traveling across country by myself. I didn’t even stay there and they charged the room cost + $40+ dollars more in additional fees. After multiple requests and several weeks they still haven’t sent an invoice. Ultimately might’ve been a blessing I didn’t stay there given the horrible reviews on cleanliness. It was definitely an It was definitely a dark creepy atmosphere on top of creepy guy lurking and staring at me while I was trying to book another hotel in the parking lot. But still feel completely ripped off by the property and booking.com. There are extenuating circumstances for people needing hotels… weather, medical issues etc. The no cancellation policy, especially when you don’t even stay there is basically theft.

I didn't stay at the hotel they required to deposit I did enough for the hotel I was only there for a party at my granddaughter's 2 year old birthday party but when they asked for me for a deposit I was flabbergasted I'm 60 years old I don't party I don't wreck anything I just wanted to be safe and not have to drive home in that bad storm but because they required to deposit I had to go home and drive at 30 miles per hour I'm not very happy at all

Why didn't like the fact that they stole my money $180 that I didn't have I am struggling single woman and a friend at that was helping me with the room for that day. So to put a single woman in her service animals outside because of an ESA that was with her it's pretty messed up and I am requesting my money back

Our first room had used soap still in the shower and the frig had frozen up so the door wouldn't close. Room #2- the toilet had not been cleaned and there was something jammed in the sink so it would not drain. There was something( I don't want to know what) sprayed all over the wall. I asked for cleaning supplies to fix these things and they didn't even have a toilet brush. So onto room #3. Room#3 was OKAY so we did stay there. I should get half of my money back especially since it was $250/night. Quite disappointing ☹️!!!!!

There was copious mold on the bathroom wall. There was still hair in the sink. There was dirt and pubic hair in the bathroom. The hair dryer plug-in was cracked with wires exposed. The towels were threadbare and less than the number of occupants in our room. The TV showed static similar to 1980s TV. Unfortunately, because of a local college football game, we had to pay a premium for very poor accommodations. Staff was unable to reduce the rate for this subpar experience.
