Web site said breakfast included but this was not true. Clean but really dated as to bathroom shower. Was worth the amount we paid for a NY motel.

The bathroom was a little rough around the edges. The bathroom sink and part of the wall seemed to be falling apart a little. The floors above us were creaky, we could hear people above us walking around a lot.

Location was great. Staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean.

The bed was a little firm for my liking but no fault of the hotel. Breakfast not provided.

One of the main reasons we chose there was because it said they had free continental breakfast, but in fact they do not. When I asked about the discrepancy, they said Booking.com was wrong and they haven't done the breakfast in about 2 years. Parts of the room were dirty. A few what appeared to be mold spots around the bathtub/shower perimeter. Wife said the shower curtain had an odd smell, but I never noticed. The caulking along the entire sink back was cracked and missing in spots. The bathroom exhaust vent grill was packed with lint/dust. The sink faucet wobbled and had to take precaution that you didn't move the handle too quickly in fear the entire thing would break off. There were clumped cobwebs on the ceiling above one of the beds. Our room was on the ground level and had a sliding exterior window that the "lock", which is a glorified piece of sliding plastic on the bottom corner of the window that is supposed to then hit a raised screw head in the track to prevent it from opening, however not only can you slide the window about 1-1½" before the "lock" even makes contact with the screw, but it didn't take much effort to lift the window up and over the screw and easily opening the window all of the way, but that was from inside the room and not sure how well that could be done from the outside, but still not reassuring. The front desk was immediately made aware of this and they already had the wood bar to place in the window channel to tightly secure the window, so at least that made us feel more at ease.

The location was decent as it was just off a main highway, not a heavy traffic area and the surrounding area didn't give us bad vibes. It's less than a 5 mile drive to downtown Corning, NY. We were in the area for the NASCAR weekend in Watkins Glen, NY and this hotel seemed reasonably priced and within a half hour and very easy drive to the track on scenic country roads. The beds/sheets/pillows appeared to be clean and were comfortable enough. The staff we encountered were nice and accommodating.

Room smelled musty. Had to pay charge for update as the original room said it had no a/c which I was told at the desk that all rooms have a/c. When I went to the front desk at night, there was no one there and I used the phone as per instructions but there was a busy signal. Bugs in the room.

The shower head & bathtub could do with a deep clean but otherwise the room was nice and clean.

24 hour concierge was a great benefit due to our travelling schedule coming from Toronto. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious & quiet for 4 people.

The room, in particular the bathroom, smelled of cat pee. The grab bar in the shower was loose, one bulb was out in the light above the sink. And there was no one at the front desk to give this information to when we left.

Location and the fact that we were given a first floor room when the door didn’t function on the second floor room we were originally given.

The carpet hallways were grungy. There were people smoking pot out front (in their car) for a long time. There was no remote control for the TV when we arrived, but we called the desk and one was brought up right away.

The location was ideal as we were there to visit the Corning Museum of Glass. The room was sizeable and the beds comfortable. Asked for a second floor room and got one ... wouldn't have wanted a room facing the front. Back was quiet.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THE ROOM WAS BETTER THAN YOU MIGHT THINK WITH COST BEING AS LOW AS IT WAS. I WOULD HAVE PAID MORE.
