No vending machines, but the restaurant Blackbeard was perfect, next door.

The affordability and location were perfect for a few days get away. Staff was helpful. Over all I would come back.

There was a hole in the restroom door like if someone punched it in it was missing the smoke detector on top of the TV the wires are sticking out and the front staff were kind of rude oh and they only have a limited selection of channels to watch on the television

The beds were comfortable the shower was great and the heater worked fantastic

Pillows were all broken down, only sheet and thin bedspread on bed. No ice machine. Hairs in bed and shower, but nothing looked dirty.

Location and view were very good. It served the purpose of staying the night .

The rooms bathroom was small and the shower was clogged. The water filled up fast during the shower.

1. Restroom walls, door, & toilet were filthy 🤢 shower had hair in drain/shower walls (I read reviews and brought my own linens, pillows,, Clorox clean up spray to clean entire restroom including door , frame, baseboards, light fixtures which were covered in dust, and sticky from previous guest stays… 2. Ice machine remains broken as listed on reviews 3. hallways are filthy with no sign of walls being wiped or carpet vacuumed in weeks or prob months lots of dust, dirt, misc trash, and tons of old sand on carpet in hallway leading up to 2nd floor

we stayed in room 202 which has great view of ocean especially when sun rises and sun sets! The price was very good compared to others.

location and free parking. I wanted to visit YSS Lexington. It is also close to public beach. Just nearby is a good restaurant with sea food.

Towels weren’t really clean so I had to purchase my own. I had purchased my own cleaning supplies and was happy I did because shower had stains on wall like it hadn’t been or was poorly cleaned. Started seeing roaches on my last night in the bathroom. One of the Housekeepers was acting weird knocking on my door asking did I smoke cigarettes after coming inside when I told him I didn’t need there service but that I had trash I would give them. Smelled musty when I arrived but I had Febreeze as I had read on a review to probably bring my own.

The fact that it was located right by the beach and other places in walking distance.

over all the stay was good since it’s off season. They could do a better job with their linen. The bedding and towels smaller like old cooking oil.

This is a OK Place . A little old and the maintenance seems to not be a top priority. Be mentally ready for that so you will not be disappointed ( Glass half full ) Get you a Febreeze as you will most likely need it. Cleaning service could definitely spend 5 extra minutes in that room

parking lot is very small, one of our rom had a sink hole in floor. only give out 4 towels. We had a group of 7.
