The staff at the facility were great. Carvers Restaurant was delicious and the service was great. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I paid $105.00 for food inside the park. The prices are way too high.

we were not offered breakfast. But the rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable.

The pool was closed the entire weekend. I paid extra to stay at this hotel to be able to go in the pool and I didn’t know the pool was closed until I got there. The hot tub closed early at 6pm. I fell it should be open later.

The room cleaning. We were asked on check-in if we want the cleaning service every day and we agreed. But nobody came to clean our suite, on the third day we had to ask staff 2 times to come and at least take out the stinky garbage from the kitchen and provide us some clean towels. I missed some kitchen staff like dishwasher tablets, sponge and cutting board We had a hot tube in the room but it is pretty old

The restaurant at the lodge serves absolutely delicious food which is worth every penny. Friendly service and overall nice peaceful atmosphere. The lodge is very clean and although we had a few issues with the room, they were resolved immediately

The food was wonderful however, it took forever for the food. I don’t know why it took almost 45 minutes to get our entrée and it wasn’t that crowded, but it was so great being with the family so that would never determine going again because the food was absolutely fantastic!! My nieces have celiac disease What I didn’t like about the property I can’t say the property it was the charge of the wine. My sister and I got a 9 ounce glass one of Pinot Grigio one of Pinot noir it came to $38. I could not believe it I gave 44 so technically across $22 for a glass of wine for a regular house of glass of wine. Whatever you served at the bar that to me is obnoxious and not right. and the gluten free menu. What is everything! I cannot wait to come back.

Absolutely beautiful facility staff checking in was so friendly and knowledgeable. Jake up was amazing! Going on the elevator we met two women who is just so lovely… the room it’s self was so clean and I would 100% go back again

The pool/park hours were a bit limited when we were there. Separate activity fees for the water park (no package at the time we stayed so everything was purchased separately). No fan in our bathroom so you could see water damage/pain peeling.

Good trip overall. The main part of the lodge and the grounds are beautiful. Food was good. The kids (ages 8 and 5) had a fun time at Cascades. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed.

We had amazing service in both restaurants. Mike our server at Trax was exceptional at lunch on Sat. Our server at Carvers was great, too.

the cleaning of the property was much to be desired. work was being undertaken on the balconies and we were advised prior to arrival . however there was no reduction in price. work was supposed to start at 8am but the workmen were outside our property at 7.30 . no chance of sleeping !!!!!

So I loved this place and will stay again, but the mirror in front of the toilet in the bathroom gave me a whole new perspective on what I thought I looked like . lol I could do without that mirror image.
