The beds sit too close to the floor. The beds are approximatly 15 inches to the top of the matress from the floor. About knee height. This would make it a little difficult for people who are older or have some impairment. I found it a little difficult to get out of bed myself. If you drive, be prepared to pay $46 dollars an night to park your car in valet. There is no other parking but valet parking.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location, near the beach and the boardwalk. Roof top bar and pool are excellent. The food and service was very good at the bar. Magnificent views of the sunset and and of the beach. .

Our room didn't have a coffee pot or Toaster and it was hard to get clean towels or tp to your room by the staff

I wish the room would have the things listed instead of having to call about them. I didn't pack a blow dryer or iron since the room was supposed to have one. We got the iron but they said they didn't have a blow dyer. That was an inconvenience! Later in the week I called again about the blow dyer and they found one. The pool closed at 8, it would be nice if it stayed open to al least 10. Utensils like a spatula would be nice to add to the room.

I didn't like the price I had to pay for the parking of our car. I thought the price was little steep. Also the fact that I couldn't get to my car when I left something in it.

Valet prices were too expensive

The roof top pool area was nice! The hot tub wasn’t hot, valet was expensive & the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working so we had to go to the 5th floor for ice. Overall I give it a 9/10 loved the location! Loved the beach chair although an umbrella should come with it

I mentioned this already, but the room was quite spare. Could have better lighting in the living room, and needed more kitchen equipment (cutting board, etc.)

Nice coffee shop; gym is good (better than most); staff is friendly; room was sparse (not stocked well in the kitchen, though I really appreciated the magnifying mirror. Needed a way to recycle.

We couldn't walk around the hotel room without shoes. the floors were dirty and no leaning products around. Its the only complain about our stay.

I love the Place is comfortable and the kitchen area was perfect. our views were the best part of the stay. we had sunset and it was better then going on the deck area. my only complain was that the floors were so dirty and they do not have cleaning staff unless we requested the same day we checked in.

The fees for parking were outrageous. The TV's in the rooms were very small. The room could have had more amenities.

Room service was very limited. The hotel has a eco policy so they don’t provide room service every day. Room service is by request only and it takes 24 hours to get a service after a request is placed. Room service staff were not attentive. They didn’t refill shower gels and facial tissue after previous guests checkout. Also when we requested room service, they didn’t refill soap and coffee for us.

Great location, just few steps to Hollywood beach. Spacious room, very clean. Easy checkin, checkout and valet parking. Rooftop pool and restaurants are very good.

Very long hike to room from lobby (separate building), and to pool from room. Expensive parking, although I guess similar for area (more for parking per day than for car rental). Likely would have stayed longer but room and parking both a bit pricey/uncompetitive for low season. Alarm was ringing in building for hours, no one could explain why or turn it off. Towels for pool using pita system of checking out towels in lobby area and returning for new or at checkout, vs having available at pool area. Check in process slow and cumbersome.

Room was 10/10. Large one bedroom, nicely furnished, fully equipped (full size fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, coffee maker). Decent sitting areas, nice balcony. Rooftop pool area was outstanding, very large deck, nice pool/hottub, bar area. Easy access to boardwalk and restaurants, bars, etc. Quiet. Comfortable beds.
