Was told our unit had washer/dryer but it was locked and couldn’t use it! No dish towels to do dishes! No extra blankets!

Location was so close to everything! Could walk everywhere, roof top pool was great!

Issues with operating the oven, washing machine and television. Also, my kids had a bad breakout. Not sure if it was bedbugs but the thank God my kid is healed and feeling better now.

My condo and the next condo had a pass door should someone want shared rooms. A large dog stood at the adjoining door and barked nonstop. Once I figured out how to contact the host, and several attempts to communicate the issue, the host was able to resolve the issue. After that the stay was great. This is considered a resort. Expect addition resort fees beyond your rental charge.

Location was great . One block from Hollywood Boardwalk and beach. Lots of food options in the area. Rooftop pool and bar was very nice and comfortable. Lots of areas for lounging and group seating.

Property was well maintained, sunset bar and pool was very nice. Appreciated having both view of ocean and intercostal waterway. Access was great to beach - appreciated the 2 chairs per room and availability to rent additional chairs and umbrellas. Location midway along the broadwalk with restaurants and bars within steps was great. Restaurants along intercostal were also serving great food.

Cleanliness was not the best. Hallway carpets and elevators were not vacuumed daily and it shows. There are too many fees added on.

Location was fabulous. The roof top pool and bar were great. On site laundry was convenient.

Couldn't cook in room really. Just a hotel with a microwave. Staff was nice but there was always a line to talk to staff.

Amazing location. Amazing rooftop pool. Rooms were a bit dated, but clean and great value included 1 hour free rented bike, free beach towels and free beach chair per person each day. Wow!

I didn't like how I was mislead by the photos. We specifically chose the unit based on the photos that were displayed online for that specific unit. The photos showed a king sized bed, a full bathroom with tub (we were traveling with kids) and a view/balcony of Fillmore street/the beach. Instead, what we received when we checked in was a unit on the bay side, back side of the building, with a view of a parking lot and dumpsters, which were emptied almost every morning at 6am, which sounded like a full dumpster being dropped from the Empire State Building. Needless to say, it was very loud and disruptive every morning, which woke our entire family up way too early. Again we specifically chose the unit based on the photos/location, because we experienced this type of disruption in the past. I contacted Cielo Stays about this matter, and they would not help, and told me the pictures I sent, were not the pictures associated with my booking...eventhough I sent screenshots showing my booking information with the photos that they advertised. They just denied it until I finally gave up.

The location is great, the rooftop pool/bar/restaurant was great! The unit was nice, but the layout was not what was promised in the photos. That's not a problem with the building, but more of a problem with the host.

Incidental charges including expensive valet parking service made it an expensive stay. Parking garage could be self park for a minimal fee.

We enjoyed the proximity of the boardwalk with live music and good restaurants.

We had 6 young men in the room next to us. They were very loud. We could hear every word they said. They played loud music. They returned from a night out at 3:45 in the morning, running down the hall and slamming doors. We called management and sent several messages. Nothing was done. This is our second stay at this resort and we have loved our experiences. This may make us change locations next year.

The pool area and bar are outstanding. We enjoyed the food and beverages.

Our room was really comfortable but when coming to kitchen utensils and plates they only have for 5 people which even if we are 4 we still need to serve and this is frustrating as you are always washing just to use that 5th fork or plate.

None of the staff spoke English so you couldn’t ask them questions. The wash machine/dryer work terrible.

Bathroom sink had very slow drainage. No lighting above the kitchenette sink. They could have put a small lighting fixture above the kitchen sink just below the cupboards. Room was missing wine glasses so had to address this immediately so as not to get charged. I had to ask for dish washing soap and dish sponge that should have already been there. Not enough room on sink to place washed dishes and cups they could have put some sort of drip tray for washed items. After purchasing ice cream not only was the freezer area small it didn’t freeze properly. I asked front desk if I could store my ice cream in their freezer temporarily for a few hours and front desk girl said I could. Once I brought my ice cream down stairs, I was told by the same front desk girl that her manager advised her to tell me their freezer did not work, obviously BS response as they did not want to accommodate my temporary request. The pool area on 7th floor has signs indicating no outside food or drinks allowed. I don’t see why this should be a rule given that I pay good money to stay at the CH. 3rd party management does not provide same privileges as hotel guests. Requesting a later check out time, I was advised to make the request the day before check out, which I did and when I made the request, I was then advised to check the morning of check out. When I questioned the request how can you not know literally less than 24 hrs if they could accommodate a check out of 1pm instead of 11am they came back saying they couldn’t accommodate the request as it was booked and if I wanted at later check out to pay an extra day. This response was simply unreasonable to have to pay an extra day just to leave a couple hours after knowing that the room was probably not booked anyway, they simply didn’t want to do it. Dealing with 3rd party manager does not provide the same courtesy as the hotel. The room could have also provided 2 chairs instead of 1.

Location and cleanliness of the hotel was superb. All staff very friendly, courteous and helpful when needed. Boardwalk and beach area very clean and large enough to accommodate large crowds. Free nightly shows in the theater area were very entertaining with excellent local different bands that would play Wed to Sunday.

While I would return to the property, my condo was missing the hair dryer and the outlet in the bathroom didn't function so I had to get ready in the living room in the morning. It also took 5 minutes for the hot water to arrive in the shower in the morning.

The location was perfect - just steps from the beach - with 2 free chairs included with your stay. The rooftop was a resort in itself with a large pool, a party bar, hot tub and plenty of lounge seating. The Cielo staff was responsive and very nice. The room was large with nice furniture and clean. The bathroom was large and there was plenty of storage/closet space.
