Wet didn’t discover till about eleven or twelve that our room had ants really bad. The bathroom and kitchenette area had ants everywhere. Again we were in and out of the run but when we were settled for the night I seen something nice then noticed the swarm of ants ☹️

I had a problem with the fact I couldn’t take the steps unless an emergency. I fear of elevators so it kind of bothered me about the steps.

The sound insulation in the rooms was just terrible. Our room was located opposite the elevator, and it felt like the elevator was coming right into our room. Besides, any sounds and conversations in the neighboring rooms were also clearly audible.

Conveniently located at the entrance to the city, close to the airport and major highways. Very visible building, not to be missed. The rooms are quite clean and tidy. The staff is friendly, willingly answers any questions.

Well had a spill In my bathroom, maintenance was prompt in getting the Issue resolved had to go on another floor to get ice oh and front desk staff was not available sometime when I purchased items, had to look for them .

The overall stay was Great, very Quiet always looked &smelled clean inside and out, housekeeping did a wonderful job and the bed was very comfortable.

Looking out of our window was the roof and the HVAC system. It wasn't that bad at all. Just a surprise!

the location is kind of sketchy, the parking should be different so that it’s not so far away from the building itself, particularly since the area doesn’t seem exceptionally safe; not actually near the airport, so I’m not sure why it’s listed as an airport hotel

good price, hotel itself is very nice, the breakfast was good- particularly the chicken sausage was way better than any hotel sausage I’ve ever had; breakfast is free for everyone

I was driving a 4 door f250 long wheel base pickup with a trailer. Plenty of parking but turns getting into the driveway and parking lot were a bit of a challenge. Also, my room faced the parking lot and street and was a tad noisy with emergency vehicles etc.

Convenient location, great staff, great breakfast buffet, updated and very comfortable. Super clean and fresh.

I guess its my fault that I did not review the property location a bit more; it listed itself as 'near airport and convention center' and also had that as part of its name, but we were not near either, both of these facilities were about 3-4 miles away. The immediate neighborhood was not the best, but that being said, we did not have any issues nor did we feel unsafe, but we also weren't at the room that much. I was a bit disappointed that the pool was closed, and I did not see that information, but I did use a 3rd party to book, so perhaps it is noted on the hotel direct website. Temp in the room was a bit hard to control; when we walked in, it was cold, so we increased it just a few degrees then when we came back for the evening, it was too warm. My daughter/son in law had a room as well and they said their room was too hot, despite adjusting the temp. The one thing that we struggled with was the bathroom; it seemed small in comparison to other places we have stayed; pretty much had to keep the door shut at all times because even just to go in and wash your hands, it was awkward. I also felt the rate was a bit much especially given that the pool was closed; oh and there was a nice bar area but no bartender so it was closed the evening we were there so we couldn't even get a drink. How hard is it to have a bartender for a couple of hours on a Friday night? I feel the rate should be adjusted given these inconveniences.

Room was clean; breakfast was ok; I have had better offerings at other places, but it was a standard hotel breakfast. It was ok for a one night stay but if we stay in area again, most likely will choose another option. The price at this hotel was not any less than other hotels in area.

The breakfast was ok, not the best. The pool was not open. The toilet was wasting too much water never stop running water. The bathroom are too small special when you have family.

Night staff who checked us in and we were sent to a room that someone was already in. Very awkward for my 82yo mom to see young couple having domineering sex! Staff said well you are the only one who has checked into that room.... to which I replied, my butt is wider and white! Want me in that room!

Great but the sausage wasn’t good patties would have been better!! Oranges was tart I can’t have cheese in my eggs I wanted scrambled egg and fresh mixed fruit but it was good tho
