The rooms were nice and clean plus the keys were tap open. No more slot key locks which is easier when you have your hands full.The shower was hot. The ac went down to 61 which 2 old ladies that spent all day walking the Omaha Zoo LOVED. The pool area was a shock. Carpeting with couch and chairs with personnel chatting areas. The water was heated but not hot. It's just warm enough to walk in comfortably yet cool enough to enjoy. The breakfast area was nice and comfortable with tables, coaches, and chatting areas. Offered eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, waffles, and the usual hotel menu. The lady behind the breakfast counter was pleasant.

No elevator. Bedskirt torn. Toilet difficult to flush. Sink with a crack. No carpet in the room. The hotel is outdated overall. Not a great value for the nightly rate. Seemed like the last room available, that needed lots of repairs!

I got lost a number of times trying to locate the pool, breakfast room, front desk and my room. maybe more clear signage? My child threw up in the middle of the night all over the room. I did not expect anybody to help me clean this up, but would have liked to be given some cleaning spray and to have somebody remove the puke linen from our room. It sat in the room with us all night.

Pool area was amazing. Would love to have all my family and friends there! It would be even better if there were a hot tub, maybe some more to do in that room. A shelf of board games, some pool toys, etc.

Came to this hotel because of the advertised indoor swimming pool but it was closed for maintenance. Is located in an industrial area nothing nice to look at around the hotel. I feel like the room should have been discounted since pool wasn't in order.

Room was clean. Nice TV. Size of room was comfortable. Not crowded. Large comfy breakfast area. Close to gas stations, restaurants and a Walmart within about 5-7 min drive.

Can’t say there’s much I didn’t like, besides the fact that there were a couple dead mice in the parking lot.

Has one of the best breakfast areas I’ve seen in a hotel! Hotel is in a convenient location when traveling to Omaha zoo!

The pool area is undergoing renovations and was closed, I asked for a discount and got it! TV had to be turned on on the set itself, the button is behind the lower left corner of the TV set. Change channels on the remote: ‘ Guide ’ > ‘ pg up ’ > ‘ \/ ‘ (down arrow) > center ‘ • ‘ (enter)

This place is clean right back into the corners. Comfy bed Hard floors Quiet Good breakfast 😋 Breakfast had a full time attendant, it was like having your mom there taking care of you. Friendly and professional staff.

I asked to change the payment method from the one I had on file to another- the customer service agent at the desk indicated that I needed to put my new card in the card reader- I did but nothing happened- he said it would charge my card in the morning. It charged alright- the one I didn’t want to be used. We stay here 4-6 times a year, because it is the halfway point on our frequent trips from ND to LA, but this made me question this decision.

The shower in our room, when you pull the lever up on the spout, didn't go up all of the way, so it partially sprayed from the water spout and partially from the shower head. This made it very loud. Also, the bed frames squeeked any time someone turned over in their bed.

The pool was pretty cold & there were no pool towels, I asked for 8 pool towels at the front desk & they told me they would bring them, when they brought them they only brought 4. The pool & the pool area was very nice & large. We enjoyed the pool/pool area.

Our refrigerator wasn’t working, they sent a maintenance guy that said that’s how it worked. He said he would look for another one and come back in an hour. He never came back and they never gave me a working refrigerator.

Staff is really friendly and kitchen people where great, specially Ofelia, really nice and attentive, room was overall clean!
