Room size could of been bigger and each room could of had it's own microwave.

Room size was only thing that was not as expected. Pics online make it look bigger. Other then that they was a nice place to stay!

The bed was not comfortable at all. I'm not sure I could've slept on them for more than the 2 nights we were there. To enter the pool area, you had to go through the main building, which was fine, but could not use the pool exits. You have to go back through the main building when the exit was right beside the second building where we were staying. Getting a key scanner to access the exit would be nice. Also, don't forget close toes shoes if you're interested in the rock wall climbs, can't do it without them

It was very clean and that staff were really nice. It may be more geared to younger children but my girls had a great time. Their ages are 16, 13, and 12. I have nothing bad to say about our visit. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Some of the staff were rude, the pizza place in the hotel gave our order to someone else and didn’t offer anything to make it right after us having to wait almost an hour after being told 20 minutes, the breakfast buffet was not bad but it took forever and the servers really didn’t check on you or ask if you wanted anything else.

The pool, the beds were comfortable, the location of the hotel was great, the amenities!

It was geared for younger children. I have teenagers so they weren’t very interested in the activities.

We probably will switch back to the regular rooms next year for several reasons with the new rooms(we stayed in a cabin suite with double bunkbeds)- 1- there are no drawers or really much storage for clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases for the week and really there wasn't enough room to leave the suitcases out for easy access either. 2- there is no security latch on the door like most hotel rooms have towards the top of the door(like a chain). This is a huge issue when you have a child who is an escape artist/runner. 3- the bunk beds are not actually built in or attached to the wall so my kids kept dropping stuff between the bed and wall. I know this isn't a huge issue but it got kinda annoying 😒 4- the blankets were horrible... not very warm and there was no extra blanket on the king size bed, only the comforter that was not soft at all. Only non-room complaint- The new setup to get back into the building from the pool area is horrible. It is very difficult to push that button and open the door at the same time if you are carrying anything.

This is our 3rd year staying here but first in the new river tower. We love this hotel and everything it has to offer! We are very happy that breakfast is back and we enjoyed the on-site pizza and ice cream! We really enjoyed to new refillable cups and the abundance of pool towels this year.

On the day of check out I had a issue with my rental car and I asked if we could delay our check out for an hour while I obtain another car. I was charged $56 dollars for the hour. Which I feel was excessive.

The beds and the sheets need to be changed and looked at absolutely every single time a guest checks out. Even from time to time. I could tell our room had been neglected a bit.

I loved the location of the resort. All the fun activities and attractions were no more than maybe 15 minutes away. That made it so easy and relaxing to enjoy our stay. I love the water park at the resort it was so relaxing and comforting. All the staff and life guards made me feel safe pool side while the children were playing. The hospitality was remarkable. Even inside the resort the kids rock climbed. There was just always something to do.

The rooms were ok, but one microwave per floor was disappointing. Was expecting one per room, along with a coffee maker. One of the televisions in our room didn't work and kind of pointless with that small of a room. Mini fridge wouldn't get cold. Online there was a picture of an indoor pool but after asking, was told there was not one. Waterpark was alot smaller than I thought it would be.

It was conveniently located to several attractions. Big bathroom in our room was nice. Pull out bed and 2 queen sized beds.

Our air-conditioner kept freezing up so our room was very hot and stuffy. Also you have listed on your website "indoor pool" and there isn't one. With the weather being cold we really wanted an indoor pool.

I liked the location and game room. Water park was nice but too cold to experience.

They are cashless which isn’t a deal breaker just would have like to known before hand, no microwave inside rooms, or coffee makers.

Rachel the activity director was wonderful! You could tell she loved keeping the kids entertained! She done a great job in hosting the different kid activities!
