Housekeeping never made our beds. All they did was empty the garbage and exchange towels. We used ice but did not get a clean bag in exchange. Would of been nice to have a coffee maker and additional plastic cups to replace what was used.

Everything was exceptional except for the outlets in our room, we couldn't find a single one that would work continuously.

The balcony and the view, the beds were comfortable, loved having 2 tvs. We didn't use the washer and dryer but it's nice to have the option if you want to. Loved that there was food and activities for the kids.

Beds were terrible in penthouse. Both sank in and was terrible for anyone’s back. The pullout couch was thin but better than the actual beds as far as comfort goes.

Excellent location where we could walk around pigeon forge area and explore.

I was not informed it was an additional charge for daily cleaning. My wife was not happy to find the room was not cleaned upon our return. We would have paid the additional fee for cleaning. My children (20 & 14) said the blankets on the buck beds were too small.

Although the property is under construction, everything was clean and organized. All the common areas were very well kept and I did not see anything that made me dislike my stay.

We had a wonderful time. Nice clean room with plenty of space, and plenty of activities for kids to enjoy. The dance party was my kids favorite. Looking forward to another visit next year.

I don’t really consider two water slides and a pool a “water park” we were definitely let down with that. Accessibility to the pool area was funky as well. Having check in at 4 for everyone while only having 3 hosts was very very poor planning. Waited in line to check in for 30 minutes. That was ridiculous. The tub’s lip in our bathroom was incredibly high and treacherous for children. My 7 year old even had a hard time getting in.

Our room was spacious and our kids loved the twin bunk beds. The tv was nice and big.

*Bed was not very comfortable. If you like a stiffer bed, then it would probably suit you better. *Bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but wasn’t terrible.

*Location was perfect. Right in the middle of so many different things to do. *Very family oriented. We didn’t have children with us, but it is a very good place for families. They had a lot of different activities for the little ones. *Breakfast was very good and pizza was delicious. We also enjoyed the s’more donuts. *Staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. *Facility was cashless, but has a kiosk for people who have cash that can convert it into a card. Very easy to use.

Room was muggy no matter how low we turned the AC. Needed a little bigger room, not much privacy for getting ready. Bathroom too small.

First night our check in person was not very pleasant. Our room balcony was facing the road and the view was very bad. We did ask if we could be moved to a room with a pool view and she said no. The next day a new person was working and she was very nice and moved us across the hall. Made our stay so much better.

Room was very clean. The water park was very nice. Room service kept our bathroom very well stocked each day.

I had originally booked a penthouse king and it wasn't available upon arrival. That was extremely disappointing.

The location and the water park was great. Loved they had so much geared towards children as we were traveling with 3 :)

We was up for a car show They only allow 1 parking spot per room don't matter how big of room you get so if you plan on meeting friends there and split a room plan on everyone pilling up in one car with all your luggage!!!! Also no golf cart parking doesn't matter if it's street legal or not I had to pay and park mine else were and anytime I took my wife to drop her off at the room on it the staff was on my a** for even pulling into the parking lot for just a second to drop her off at the door let me remind you both of my carts are street legal tagged and insured other than that it was a good stay but I will be staying else we're next year!

I had booked 4 adults and we have drove 2 vehicles and they wouldn’t give us but one parking pass so we had to find somewhere else to park the other car and they was plenty parking at the motel but she said one pass with each room so I didn’t think that was right after I have booked 4 adults so we had to park the car out of the way ! ! So I probably won’t stay there again if we have 2 vehicles with us

Hotel comprised of two hotel buildings. The building my family were in didn’t have all the same amenities as the other. We would have to walk outside to get the other building. I didn’t like how they tried to copy great wolf lodge. Room we stayed in was outdated also.
