We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast is adequate. The stay was close to Morgan Nay which was important as we were in town for a funeral.

United States of AmericaWe booked a room on booking.com and got a call 3 weeks before the stay from the motel and was told that the room we booked had water damage and they were upgrading our room BUT would charge us the upgrade charges!!! Horrible service along with horrible ethics. I did let them know that it was not right and he took $10 off lol.

United States of AmericaThis hotel used to be great the new owners arent keeping up with the upgrades an maintenance of the building my heater didnt work in my room the smoke alarm kept beeping untill I unplugged it with permission from owner... the hallway had a leak from the sprinkler system the jaquzzi were either broken dirty or both one room had a bar of soap left on the side. there was dirty an trash under the night stands next to the bed

United States of AmericaWe rented 2 identical rooms. I paid $165 and my son was charged $100. The breakfast was a Jimmy Dean croissant in a wrapper you had to take to your room and microwave. My room door looked like it had been busted in at some point. It had an actual key for the dead bolt lock and a second broken lock on the door. We had 1 towel and 1 washcloth and we when requested additional linens the guy at the front desk was extremely rude and argued about giving us more. The curtains was ripped, stained and hanging off the rods. The window to our second floor room was open and did not have a screen!!! One of the beds was broken at the foot of the bed and was almost on the floor. The mirrors and window looked as if they had never been cleaned. Actually the entire room looked as if the last good cleaning was sometime in the late 90's. Unfortunately we could not find another room in the entire city do to the large crowd for the race. Sleeping in my car would have been a better option.

United States of AmericaThe comforter had blood on it. There was a bunch of hair on the sheets and the pillows stunk. The 1970's carpet was tattered and worn. The whole building has a nasty smell. The staff were rude and nosy, asking why we needed 2 rooms and such. You couldn't even find employees most of the time, unless they were trying to get in your mother in laws room repeatedly!! Very uncomfortable for her to deal with. Overall, TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!
The breakfast was awful. Just coffee, no juices. Microwave sandwiches and some hard bread.

United States of Americaroom needed a total update. Wall plate for electric receptacle next to be bed was broken and half of it was missing. this could be a potential fire hazard. No coffee maker in the room. A shower only, no tub. Room smelled old and musty.
