Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom floor was filthy and there was no mat in the bathtub so it was very slippery.

The location to my events, real breakfast items, BIG dining and seating area for breakfast, Cleanliness and color scheme of the room, and the size of the king-size room were wonderful. Lots of electrical plugins. Great parking and very friendly and helpful staff at the desk.

Check in very slow. Shuttle bus from Airport late and overcrowded, vehicle outdated, felt unsafe during ride. Bedroom has some kind of plastic carpet around bed, that was very sticky. Bed to soft for me but that is personal taste. Chair had some ugly stains. Outside area run down. Would not go again.
Bathroom appears to be updated.

A staff member had an aggressive attitude towards me when I checked in.
The room was clean. The bed wasn’t comfortable because it sinks in the middle and it sounded like aluminum pans were underneath. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like weed.

People was park in handicap parking that wasn't handicap nor had a tag, like myself who does an I was told at the front desk what do I want them to do an I was like don't u have a sign up for towing ,tow there car off. if u have a disable customer staying at ur hotel that drove in an this what u tell them that's not acceptable an its against the law for me to park far away an walk to my room so I was told this what happen it's about the money an not the safety of ur customer

Smell of Marijuana was very strong in hallways and coming through the room next door, the prices for the food at the restaurant were too high and the food was awful.

The pool was closed.
The airport shuttle was problematic as the driver took us to the wrong Radisson hotel before we showed him the address, but he was happy to take us to the right one even though it was off his route. The bar meals we had were excellent. the sports bar vibe was great. The bedding was super comfortable. Return trip to the airport was faultless.

The cleanliness of the shower could be improved, as there were traces of hair from previous guests/staff.
The hotel is very close to ATL airport, and a good place for a quick overnight stay or perhaps for an early morning flight the next day. The rooms are what you expect, it does the job, nothing memorable. Kudos to the front desk, the staff there were very friendly and nice to us!

Noise from corridor and bar open till 2 am not ideal when trying to sleep we were kept awake by this not by traffic. Only food available at the runway on site no nearby restaurants, floor was sticky, food on some of the chairs. Ribs and burger were ok but at $40 including two cokes rather pricy.
Staff friendly, rooms well insulated from outside traffic noise . Bed was comfy. Shuttle service free from airport.

Very long wait for hotel shuttle, arrived at the international terminal, had to transfer to the domestic terminal. (That took about an hour, no fault of the hotel) Once at the domestic shuttle pick up it took almost an hour and half for the hotel shuttle to show up finally arrived at the hotel about 3 hours after we cleared customs
The Beds and the Restaurant next store that was open till 02:00

The lady that did the check in was rude. I payed for my room through bookings but they also needed to pay a refundable fee of $100.00 dollars but would not accept a cash app debit card, I’m like well I booked the room with a cash app card. So then she was saying I wasn’t going to be able to get a refund, this and that but her manager to her to go ahead and charge my cash app card for the refundable fee. I hope I get my refund.
It was clean and nice. Didn’t like the location but I enjoyed my stay there.

The check in line was always full, making it hard to talk to the woman at reception, seems like she needs more staff on hand. The hallways smelled pretty bad of smoke and pot, room did at first too.
The hotel in itself is okay, the room seemed clean enough.
