Mattresses uncomfortable. Breakfast not appetizing. Coffee good though. This is an older hotel which needs some updating. They have begun some I think, but probably wouldn't stay again now.

Pool was closed down for repairs, Hallway carpets are pretty dirty so I was apprehensive of going into the room. It turned out ok, just wasn't a good first impression of the hotel. They were almost always out of coffee. I was given an option to cancel my reservation but no compensation for the pool being closed.

It was a good location. We stopped there as a halfway point to NC. Room was decent for the price.

Seemed worn out, had to request the linens for foldout bed, stains on furniture, and in hallways. Nose from doors of other rooms.

CONS: Both hot tubs were not working for first 24 hours we were there. 1 of the beds in my room badly needs a new mattress. Both elevators are in need of an interior remodel.

Hot tub was not working. Staff told us that it was heating up because they had to empty it. Other patrons said that they have been there for 3 nights and were told the same thing every day. If something is broken, tell us, then we wouldn't be disappointed. Pool area was dirty.

Staff were excellent. Looks like the hotel is in process of getting updated. Breakfast was good. Bacon and sausage, eggs, etc.

Uninviting entrance, dark gray and depressing colors painted over what was wood details, no character or charm. This is a huge hotel but horrible parking, no available parking spots if you get there past 5, uncomfortable beds, broken worn down furniture in room. No pool towels, malfunctioning ac unit. Dirty stained shower curtains.

Although very crowded, Nice pool, front desk staff was great and weekend breakfast was amazing! Good hot showers!

When I went I didn’t like how people could have parties in the lobby and get drunk and make as much noise until 1 am. I also didn’t care for how rude the staff was. After we visited the overly crowded pool I went to the front to ask for towels, the desk lady rudely stands up and starts to yell “we don’t got no towels you had some in your room right!” Then continue on to say that “Well you should’ve brought yourself a towel”

I liked how close everything was to the hotel.

One of the rooms didn't have a refrigerator told front desk person he said he'd look into it but never followed through. The second day the jacuzzi was so dirty we couldn't even use it. The linen was clean but had stains on it

We made reservations ahead here for New Year's Eve as we were on a cross country road trip, and knew the holiday could make it hard to find a place. When we arrived, we were very disappointed to be told the hot tub was closed. I am sure it was to stop partying for NYE, but we had specifically booked this to relax during our long journey. We were told we could cancel with no fee ... at 7pm on NYE, right.

The King Suite was huge.

Property was adequate. Location was great, close to restaurants. Try Pasquale’s pizza. Dogs are allowed.
