Apparently our bathtub was "stained" but it really looked dirty. They did try to clean it, but their must be some combination of cleaning agents that could have gotten the tub cleaner.

I booked 2 rooms for 5 nights each. Online stated the hotel would change bed sheets every 3 days. One room they changed the bed sheets on day 4. The bed sheets were never changed in the second room. Air conditioner was difficult to change temperature and control. Moisture was too high in room. Towels seemed damp.

The bathroom had hairs all over floor. Wasn't cleaned good. Needs a fan in the area with couch. With bedroom door shut and the fan above door it didn't stay cool enough in that area

Somethings around property needed some repairs. There was a light in parking lot that kept blinking into our window all night. Couldn't shut the curtain enough to block it out

AC set way too low when entering the room for the first time. Felt like walking into an ice box.

Nice big room, swimming pool and friendly staff. Very close to Ruby Falls and the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway. Make sure you you reservations for both, if you are considering a visit.

Family of 3 staying 6 days and 5 nights and we had to ask for towels every day. They don’t clean rooms daily. Found a Kleenex in the sheets after climbing in bed. The tv remotes didn’t work for the LR tv but did for the BR tv. The breakfast was great the first 3 mornings and was okay the last two.

The location is easy to get to from the interstate. The Mountain View room was pretty. The front desk staff were very friendly.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner. It is a pet friendly hotel but I have stayed in others and never had an issue with smell. we initially were given a room and asked to be switched due to urine smell. they did so with no issues very accommodating but the second room was just the same.

The staff was absolutely amazing. very attentive. Chloe especially was extremely helpful with all of our questions and needs. The breakfast was really good they had plenty of options for my family of four. The pool was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were big. it was very close to Ruby Falls and other attractions.

The floors weren't cleaned as good as they should have been, it appears that they haven't been deep cleaned in a while and it appears to be some mold on the shower wall.

The bed was comfortable and air worked good which was important for the wife, liked the bedroom suite better than a studio

A dog on the third floor licked my jeans. If hotel is pet friendly, I suggest to separate people rooms from animal's rooms.

This stay was honestly our first bad experience with the AC unit in the room. the unit in the Bedroom part worked overdrive to help support the front portion of the room. It was rather Hot at first entering the room. Noticed the thermostat was not on. Since we was only staying for approximately 12 hours I did not complain we just sucked it up for the night.

every time we go through Chattanooga this is the ONLY hotel we will stay. Love the staff and cleanliness of the facility.

The TV’s didn’t always work with every channel and were outdated, so we were unable to have anything decent for the kids to watch unless they were on our phones.

when our first room was not cleaned when we arrived. they up graded us to a large room for the same amount as what our reservations was booked for.
