Not totally bad thing but areas were under construction I would like to return after that is completed. The breakfast offered left something to be desired but all in all I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this place. The room was spacious and clean. Every day upon return from activities our beds were made new towels added and everything beautifully cleaned. I also loved the toiletries rack in the bathroom. Didn't have to worry about forgotten body soap or hair products.

The front desk staff was snarky both days. The people working on the property didn’t clean up after themselves and the beds were too high for anybody under 5 foot seven.

The hotel was under remodel, so there where mattresses and trash all around the Hotel. Noisy all day.

Location was good for what we had planned for the weekend. The room was what I expected, the breakfast was good. The staff was helpful with our needs.

Dirty, old in need of repairs. Extremely dirty behind and under the beds. Hardly any lights in the pool area. Asked about if we could turn on more lights and was told there isn't any money for repairs. They are working on it... It was okay, but could have been much better.

The breakfast wasn't as good as I've had in other hotels, even at a lower price. The building had no hot water one night. I think it's overpriced, maybe that's the location

our exhaust fan did not work, but we let the front desk know so I'm sure it will be repaired. There will be a remodel soon, including some upgrades, we were told. I would have liked to take my breakfast back to my room, but hubs said it was not allowed. (unsure how he came to that conclusion, I did not see signs stating such) I've never seen bacon so thin-haha!-but it was tasty and plentiful. Lots of options, and the food that was supposed to be hot, really was.

The staff was outstanding! The breakfast is great-but the area is small, so either bring a mask, or get there really early before everyone else. It's in Trumplandia, so....... The place is in the midst of a change of ownership/and name, so there were some issues identifying it when we confirmed our reservation, but it all ended well. One thing to note (not related to the hotel itself) is Port Washington shuts down early-literally-so if you want anything to eat after 9, your options are McD's or (thank god) Culvers. Even the bars do not have food past 8 or 9. The room was very comfy and clean, shower was great.

Even though Booking.com listed it as a Country Inn & Suites we weren't made aware that the ownership had changed until we arrived. It seemed not to be up to the standards we expected from a Country Inn & Suites property.
