Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pool was not open. That was not mentioned on the site. I stayed there a few months ago too for the pool and it was out of service then. Room was not that clean. Look behind the refrigerator. Gross.

The breakfast was lacking in choices. No pool either.

The shower was unattached and had to hold it to shower. Also woke up to my bathroom flooded with ants.
Great location. Friendly staff and the hotel was very quiet and clean.

The staff told me the pool wasn't open and if that would be a problem I could go somewhere else I asked when the pool would be open and they said it's been closed for a year and a half so who knows. Also our drainage in the bathtub didn't work we couldn't take a bath or give the baby a bath.
Very close to everything, everything was very clean as well. Have had pleasant experiences in the past.

the Tv was dark and could find how to brighten the picture. I also didn't like where the blinds were in back couldn't find them and had the street light and morning sun shine in. also for 3 guests they only supplied 2 towels. also breakfast should at least stay open until 11 not everyone wakes up early especially when traveling. breakfast wasn't bad but could have something healthier like fruit.
I liked the location, and liked the staff there. I also liked where there was a small fridge and microwave. I also liked where I could get Coffee, tea or hot chocolate 24/7 and the breakfast wasn't bad.

The decor is really outdated, very early 2000s. The coffee was terrible, which is good if you want people to check out sooner. Also, my teenage daughter likes to workout and was disappointed the fitness center said no one under 18 could use equipment.

2 tvs, 1 remote.... Broken. If you ask the desk they'll replace the remote. Not vacuumed under couch looks at least weeks. But we stay often and always ask to borrow the vacuum. The let us and all clean and vacuumed. They will accommodate your needs. Shower curtain ripped half hanging off. But I know it's not perfect and it it the least expensive of the better hotels. It balances. Beds clean couch clean main floor clean bathroom very clean. Just little nit pick things.

Drove to hotel from out of country and checked in after 3:00am when Audit was completed so lost my booking and had to pay for another day. The hotel website should be updated to reflect that even though you are given the option of check in time slots AFTER 3:00 am, if you have not physically checked in, you will still be charged. Thankfully, the front desk clerk was amazing at booking me a room so I could rest for a few hours before continuing my trip.
Room was large and clean. All electronics we used worked well.

Mainly we didn't like the way the housekeeping was setup.Most places we have stayed give you the option to have housekeeping come in, they say every 3 days.How are you supposed to know when 3 days are up.They could do better at dusting the vents in the rooms.

Was disappointed that the pool was not available. We were there for an extended time and it would have been nice to take a swim after a long day of sightseeing. Also not impressed with the cable TV provider. Very few channels to watch since we couldn’t swim.
The staff at this hotel was so friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel overall was quiet. Did hear some road noise but not a problem for us. The breakfast was really good too. Great location.
