High price. Some guests did not adhere to quiet times posted by management. I reserved a room with two queen beds, but I got one king bed instead. Turns out it was only myself staying, so it worked out fine.

Luxury Vinyl flooring in guest rooms and common areas. Easy to adjust room temperature. Small marketplace for purchasing snacks and needed items. No contact check out via text message.

Pool was cold for a heated pool. Night time front desk clerk was rude and acted aggravated we were there. Morning lady was nicer.walls were so thin I could hear conversations and kids running around till midnight.

The bed was not very comfortable. I have slept on many beds, this one ranked a 5 out of 10 There was a lot of noise from the hall, which is half soundproofing issue, and half other occupants just making too much noise. The restroom was poorly situated, I am not a person with much flexibility in my back anymore, and the toilet paper dispenser was almost behind the toilet, making it quite a twist to reach it. While taking a shower, I would set the water temp only to have it fluctuate intermittently during the shower from hot to cold.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in/out was simple and quick. The facility was clean and orderly. They had a fairly well stocked little mini store. Everything in the room worked. I liked the lack of carpets in the place, it served to be more hygienic, though a little noisier.

Beds were very springy and uncomfortable, pillows were flat and useless. Guests nearby were in and out of their rooms speaking at a loud volume from 10pm-2am each night and were completely inconsiderate to anyone else around them. Was not able to get a good nights sleep either night due to these issues.

I had to call service desk due to no shower curtains were up. Then there was standing water because of clogged bathtub drainage. Service desk had to provide me another room to take a shower. I had my brother’s funeral to attend and I was already not in the mood for a unnecessary hiccup.

Multiple outlets were available on one side of the bed (standard as well as usb!) The other side only had one standard outlet. Good thing we brought an extension cord that allowed additional usb outlets. Check in staff was not very friendly.

A guest down the hall on the third floor had a large dog that barked continuously and woke me up three times!! I called and complained, but nothing was done.

Overall the hotel and facilities were very nice. The staff was nice and friendly. We paid extra for our dogs to stay with us which was very nice and reasonable. We had 3 dogs and thought the fee was $15 a dog but they only charged us $15 total. We misunderstood the times for breakfast on the weekend but the staff hurried and got it ready so we could have something before we left for the morning. There was a mix-up between Booking.com and the hotel. The night staff asked us to come down and let them rerun the card but my husband took a screenshot of our withdrawal to Booking.com and the employee called the manager and it was straightened out. We most likely won't stay in E-town again but we will use Country Inn and Suites again.
