The breakfast is a typical rather mediocre affair, but it is similar to most other chain hotel offerings. In this case, their waffle machine was not working. So it limited the options even more.

After a delayed flight to BWI, it was great having a shuttle arrive on time and a nice room to unwind in. In the morning, it was great that the shuttle driver took us directly to the Rental Car Center to pick up our rental car. A very helpful service!

I found a few hairs on a towel that I had not used that did not match our hair colors. The bed was more comfortable than most, but I wish there was an option for an extra soft bed or memory foam bed. I haven't stayed in any hotels that have had beds as soft as I would prefer, though this bed was among the best I've experienced so far.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was large and I really like that there was a second sink. You don't find that anywhere. The building was quiet and we couldn't hear our neighbors. We didn't have the breakfast there, but it looked very tasty.

Upgrades need to be made to update the property for example get rid of some of the old furniture and decor.

Be more clear on shuttle schedule. The shuttle is not 24 hours which should be included in hotel information during booking, so we can take that into account in booking process.

original room was not sanitized properly, and the cigarette smell was all over it. However I was moved promptly to another room and that one was fine and clean. I hope we can have more done to enforce the non smoking policy.

Breakfast was very good. More variety was there. Great customer service because I had an issue, and it was resolved immediately. Quick and easy check in and out.

Sheets didn't really fit bed due to mattress pad being plush, so they kept coming off. Marijuana smell all over the building. I wish other patrons would be considerate and smoke outside. Smoking policy needs to be reinforced.

Cleanliness of the room. Peaceful and serene atmosphere. Breakfast selection has gotten better.

The breakfast was very disappointing. We have stayed there in the past and had fresh fruit and a better selection of breakfast items. The eggs we were served at our last visit were overcooked and dry, the pancakes were dry, and the sausage was overcooked, there was no fruit fresh or canned, there was only 4 old bagels in the tray, no bread and the coffee was cold and terrible. We had breakfast at 8:00 am and there was only one other couple in the breakfast area. Absolutely the worst breakfast we had in a long time.

The room was clean and very nice. We have stayed there several times in the past few years.

No hair dryer! This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in that didn’t provide a hair dryer! Soooo disappointing!!!

The person it the front desk seemed to be annoyed that I was checking in. She spoke so softly, I couldn't understand a word she said and that was even after I asked her to speak louder exclaiming I couldn't hear her. That seemed to annoy her even more and she basically tossed the entry key card to me and turned away. She did not belong behind the desk It Her indifference set the atmosphere for the stay. It makes a big difference when one is welcomed properly. I'm sure, her position will be filled by someone in the near future (hopefully). I larger TV in the room would have been nice. TVs are not a lot of money these days

The room was adequate, clean and quiet. just what you would expect for the price. I had a room with a king, breakfast included and I paid $110.00 with taxes through Booking. com, which in my opinion was a good price for the room.
