Kids love "froggy pool", close to great eateries; and loved the two separate room suite

The beds and blankets are incredibly comfortable, and there are several different blankets for different degrees of comfort. Breakfast was above and beyond! The staff are very welcoming and kind. The pool and hot tub felt amazing. The towels are a decent size, and you get plenty. There was a huge group for a birthday upstairs, and at 11:30 pm my daughter called about what sounded like jumping off beds, running up and down halls, and slamming doors, and the front desk discreetly handled it as we weren't the only call. You pay to be able to rest well!! They did a good job handling it so everyone could be happy. I would happily stay again... when there's no birthday party lol.

Cold pool, dirty walls (handprints on walls, filthy behind toilet and trash can and sink). Peeling paint on the bathroom door. Dirty curtains.

We liked that it had a large pool for adults and older children, as well as a fun smaller pool that wasnt deep for children and infants. Wish they would have been warmer, they were pretty chilly. Thankful for the jacuzzi.

staff at front desk have been less than welcoming. Also this location now requires staff to physically apply a plastic wristband on all guests for pool access in addition to using a room key. Sorry but I’m not wearing a plastic band for two days going to dinner or meetings just to use a pool full of screaming children. I’ll go somewhere else for my next trip.

The hotel was packed, kids were running and screaming in the halls. They kept ringing the doorbell (we had a handicapped room. The bell is for hearing impaired, which we are not). The pool was packed and loud, we never used it because of that. We came there specifically to use the hot tub. Maybe an etiquette class for guests would help (like the instructions flight attendants give before a flight). I know guest behavior isn't the responsibility of the hotel, but surely they could hear the kids running and yelling. It started around 7am and continued till after 11pm. I asked them several times to quiet down and stop ringing the bell to no avail. The adults were loud, too. I don't know how that could be fixed, but for what we paid for that room, we really didn't enjoy our stay.

Staff was great and friendly. Room was perfect. Breakfast was typical continental style. Food was good and fresh.

Check in staff was slow and not friendly. The hallway smelled like Marijuana. Had to inform them that someone had puked on the floor.

1. Our bathroom door didn't lock. With littles, I wasn't too worried about it. Probably was a good thing. But staying with a friend, even if you "locked" it, they could open it right up. 2. They were completely booked 1 night we stayed. We weren't able to go in the pool area all day, with the littles, because of how PACKED it was in there. Maybe think about expanding the kiddie area and pool. Although it is a pretty decent size space already, they seem to get pretty busy!

I LOVED that breakfast went until 10:30 am and checkout is 12 pm. The kiddie area in the pool was open this time. (Our last stay, it was closed to be repainted.) They also don't bother you (unless you need something and ask) unless you stay 3+ days. I think all hotels should be like this! Also, their breakfast was actually pretty good. Hot. Not all packaged crap and nasty looking old food. We needed a pack n play, they had it. We needed a fan, they had it.

On the weekends everyone had have a bracelet for the pool and I was visiting family and they couldn’t go in the pool.

Room #109 bathroom had a funky odor to it; bought a cinnamon candle at local DG and my worries disappeared.

Early check-in request was happily granted. Room was on 1st floor as I had hoped. Bed was were super comfy!! Pool and fitness room were clean, uncrowded (except pool on Saturday night) and very enjoyable. Desktop PC in front lobby was very handy and much-needed. All staff I encountered were friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was outstanding; I enjoyed meeting and chatting with (Server) Debbie Wright very, very much; she was the highlight of my weeklong trip, if you can believe that! Loved my stay.... slept great and always felt safe. Great location and great restaurant nearby!!! I will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

I did not like being on the first floor right by the outside door. Whenever someone enter or exited by that door, we heard their voices and the commotion that goes along with it.

Great queen suit. Nice pool and working hot tub. The complementary breakfast was the best part—hands down.

We loved our trip and thought the complementary breakfast was the the best! However, we were double charged and there was no one at the facility to fix the problem. That was all the money we had for our groceries this week, so it really sucked that this mistake happened and then couldn’t be fixed right away.

Only thing is the decor and pool area were a little dated but functionally were great.

Great hotel - not far from the freeway and 10 minutes from the national park. We booked a family suite and it worked great for us with the two rooms allowed space for all of us. The facilities and breakfast were really great.
