We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

For all the people that need that breakfast at a hotel they have one! And it's hot too Place was nice and clean.

United States of AmericaOne of the employees was extremely rude to us when we were bringing our breakfast to our room, saying that we couldn't even though the room has a fridge and a microwave for the purpose of having food in the room, we also brought food from outside the hotel for us to eat in our room and that was no problem, the employee kept going with the ridiculousness, not being logical at all, all in front of my son who had woken up and was scared because I wasn't in the room I was getting breakfast, I started to comfort him and that employee didn't seem to notice or care and just railed about the food, it was insane. The next day when I came out, before the breakfast time was up, they were already putting it away, half of the items weren't there and they wouldn't bring them back out for us even though there was more time before breakfast closed, they were in such a hurry to put it all in the back room so my son didn't get to have a waffle like he was so excited to have, how hard is it to let people get their breakfast, show a little kindness and compassion, it was just disgusting. When we were checking out and waiting for our deposit back that same employee was sure that we made a mess and took a very long time checking our room before finally admitting that we did not leave a mess at all and gave the deposit back. It left such a sour taste in our mouth. Everything else had been good, our room, the pool, the breakfast food itself, but those interactions soured our whole experience.

United States of AmericaThe young lady at the front desk when I checked in was not very helpful. I told her when I walked in that I had a reservation and she asked for my ID. I gave her my ID which, of course, had my name on it, and she had me sign a form and gave me a key to my room. When I parked the car and carried my bags inside to the room, I realized it was a King bedroom and I had reserved two Queen beds. I went back to the front desk to explain that I was given the wrong room, and she spent the next several minutes trying to convince me that the mistake was not on her part, that the hotel staff was not allowed to change any details about my reservation. I showed her the confirmation email to confirm that I had, in fact, reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but she didn’t even look at that. She said that I had to call Expedia, which was also wrong, because I had reserved the room through Booking.com. She made me call some number for Expedia where I was trying to navigate a menu, where my confirmation number was not working, and then she finally realized that she had made a mistake. She said something about they only had 2 reservations for that day, and I guess she just assumed that I was someone else. I was further convinced that she was trying to give me someone else’s room when I later received a welcome text from the hotel addressed to someone else (not my name). All of this wasted time and aggravation for me could have been prevented if she had simply checked the name on my ID and verified it with the name on the reservation. The second problem was her refusal to listen to me, the guest who had booked the room, when I tried to show her my confirmation email and explain that she had the details wrong. This person needs to be trained to listen to the customer if she’s going to be working in a position where she is going to constantly be interacting with other customers and guests.
The property was nice, but at the time of my stay, the lobby area was extremely hot. I assume something was wrong with the air conditioning system, but it was very warm in the lobby at check in and for breakfast the next morning. Thank goodness the air conditioner worked properly in my room!

United States of AmericaNoisy patrons throughout the night, someone obviously didn't realize smoking marijuana is still smoking in a non smoking hotel. These are not the fault of the hotel operators, but were unexpected given the high levels of everything else at the hotel.
Spotlessly clean, updated facilities, nicely appointed. The bed was perfect and firm. Nice breakfast room with typical fare, but fresh and generously laid out.

the property was convenient to the expressway, easy on and off. it was very clean. the rooms were newly decorated. the breakfast was good, adequate options for breakfast, coffee was delicious(we brought our own flavored creamer). the room had a refrigerator and microwave. the air conditioner wasn’t super loud and didn’t wake us up every time it went on, that’s was very nice. cable tv had good channels. and the area was very quiet, despite being close to the expressway.
