Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The highway road noise is terrible. We turned on the HVAC fan to drown out the road noise (it was the lesser of two evils). The tub shower did not drain well so we were taking a combination shower and bath.
The breakfast options were abundant and the entire breakfast area was well maintained. The rooms come with a desk area for working if needed. The beds were nice and firm.

Wet liked everything except the water pressure in the shower and no lid on the toilet, so that things can easily fall in from the shelf above.
Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The first night I only had three hours of sleep due to the noise from the highway. There was a big bug in the room too. In addition, the next morning the blueberry bagel I tried was hard as a rock and the cereal was stale. The cookies in the lobby are also very hard. The second room was much more quiet, though it was not as clean. There was hair in the bathroom from the previous guests and it looked like the tissues were stuffed back in the box. My brother had just died and the first night of my stay made everything so much worse.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. When my room was too noisy due to the interstate right near my window, a staff member switched me to another room. The breakfast I had on the last day was very good - omelets and little smokie sausages.

person above us was up early (6:00am) all three days and stomped around. would get top floor on next stay. also there was a bit of an odor. other than those two things rooms were clean and staff was wonderful. Coffee was exceptional.

It wasn't the hotels fault but the cable services...we didn't have TV for a few hours.
Sapphire, the young woman at the counter was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. She was very kind and attentive. When I had a problem with the 1st assigned room she immediately got me into another and apologized for any inconvenience it brought to me. A little kindness goes a long way,we were in town for family business that was very sad for us so her sweetness helped.

The cleanliness of the room was not great, the hotel seemed to have been updated recently so that was a plus. Our bathroom door looked like some tried to kick it in and every time you shut the bathroom door all the way it locked on you.
They had an extremely good quality breakfast with tons of choices to choose from, it was the best part of the stay.

front desk employees were very cordial but checked in at 3 pm then received a call after 10:30 pm I was told I was not checked in correctly so wasn’t checked in at all. Another person checked me in then but my booking.com confirmation for $136/night was changed on my credit card bill to over $193!! I still have not seen a refund on my card.

It's not that attractive a building, nor is the surrounding area. But it's new and functional.
Location is very close to both downtown and the university - just a couple of minutes by car. Good rates for what you get, including breakfast and other facilities. My room was clean and large. Despite being near a highway the soundproofing kept the rooms quiet.
