The bed was not soft at all. Our room was over the lobby and there were lots of kids in the hotel in the lobby area which in turn was loud in our room. At one point a bunch of the kids ( around 13 years old) where right outside our door making lots of noise. We tried to leave and they would not move so we could walk down the stairs. Had to walk through them in order to leave.

The location was great. The room was very clean.

There was a very minor issue with the door key cards. Several times during our stay they failed to work. Apparently also when a card is reconfigured it then disables all other cards for that room. Just a niggle but there. Otherwise everything was great.

The warm breakfast is a touch limited. When the white bread ran out it was not replaced for two days.

The location is easy to find. The room was clean and warm. The shower was powerful with good temperature control. The bed was comfortable. The duvet appears thin at first glance but the room temperature is pretty stable despite the outside temperature so you're never cold. There is a good array of breakfast food and hot drinks facilities. There is a pool with hot spa and a gym.

Coffee pot was turned on and water in it when I plugged it in. Water started coming out and I burned myself grabbing a towel to quickly wipe up

When we entered our room, it was not as clean as I would have liked. It looked like the cleaning staff forgot to vacuum our room and sweep the bathroom floor. Other than that, no issues.

My window didn't have any curtains or blinders. The rail was there so I'm assuming it broke but being on the 2nd floor I had to crawl so nobody from the parking lot could see me naked. Also had loud music until late nearby my bedroom.

Breakfast was really good. Also the swimming pool with jacuzzi open until midnight!

No direct access to hotel parking area from both sides of the street. Had to make a U-turn just past the hotel to get to the entrance. Traffic coming from a side street made making the turn tricky.

Remodel in progress, that's ok, but they need to prioritize replacing the defective door closers. Realize there may be supply chain issues, but slamming doors lowered my satisfaction rating. Also, noisy exhaust fan should have been replaced before a guest feels the need to report it. Maybe after checkout, maid service should report any malfunctions to manager. Eg, light bulbs out, noisy exhaust or HVAC unit, etc.?

Your website says you have a partnership with a gym but you don't " false advertising" then when I asked what gyms are nearby the clerk couldn't even help me. The pool has so much colorine in the pool our eyes started burning after five minutes we left and didn't enjoy it at all.

The location was ideal, access to the freeway.

Very clean. The breakfast was a typical hotel buffet breakfast but everything was very well stocked and lots of choices. They even had warm cookies in the lobby when we checked in. Also thought the beds were very comfortable. The heater worked great which is important in January in Minnesota.
