The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. I like when complimentary breakfast has sausage gravy and biscuits but waffles and sausage was good.

There was always some kind of weird smell at the front of the building (outside). Seemed like it was musty. Breakfast could’ve been a little bit better as there weren’t a ton of options. Being your own amenities. In the room itself they only give shampoo, conditioner, lotions, and body wash/hand soap bars that are so thin they broke everytime I used it. The blankets also are light which I am always cold and got an extra blanket which was just a quilt and still didn’t feel warm enough. They’re good if you’re a hot sleeper I just am not.

Breakfast was decent. They had the basics. Eggs, bagels, muffins, sausage, bread for toast, but the orange juice was lemonade. Not sure why that was. They had waffle maker and mini waffle maker. They had late checkout for 12. Front desk people were nice. Hotel was pretty updated and seemed clean. Room was nice and organized had mini fridge and microwave.

I only had a face cloth, hand towel and floor mat for the shower. Other than that all was well.

I could not get cold water from the bathroom sink. Breakfast does not have a lot of choices and the potatoes were cold. Hot tub needs a defoamer. End room was noisy from highway.

Breakfast was lacking. I understand it is a typical hotel breakfast but both days we were there, they served tator tots. Also, in the breakfast room the tv had on all news all the time station. It wasn't what I wanted my young children watching. I think they should put something on in the common areas that is a little more all age friendly.

Very clean hotel. Staff was friendly. Great pool/spa area with a view. Larger than usual shampoo/conditionar. Coin operated laundry came in handy which isn't something I would have thought I needed.

Bed was a little “saggy” in the middle - but other than that no complaints

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was very bright, clean - smelled fresh. Hallways, elevators and lobby were very clean and tidy. Staff was able to help with a dinner recommendation.

When we arrived, the hotel was in an area that had just experienced a power blackout. We were exhausted from a long day and a lot of driving. We didn't care about the lack of power, we just wanted to go to sleep. Our original assigned room was on the 4th floor. With no power/no elevator, we asked for a room on a lower floor. We were easily accomodated and guided to our room by the General Manager. We were very grateful for the accomodation. The power was back on before we woke up and the rest of the stay was great! Thanks.

The description on booking.com said there was a safe but when I asked I was told there are no safes in any room. Breakfast was okay but not many choices. Gym was minimal: 2 treadmills, a bike, and a homegym type machine.

Comfortable room. Quiet despite being near a freeway. Blackout shades. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Pool and hot tub available. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Bed had sheets and separate comforter, which I appreciate as I run hot and like to use only a sheet. Many hotels now have the sheet/comforter combo, so it's all or nothing.

The pool was cold although we were told its heated. Breakfast was very poor someone was there watching what you take replacing food or fruits only when askes. The eggs were not fresh and the choices were limited.

Couldn't find the switch for the fan in the bathroom and the bathroom light would just turn on and off throughout the night. Also, could have had more creamer packets in the room.

The fact that the automatic light switch would come on in the .middle of the night when someone would get up to go to the bathroom. If the light has to be automatic, please make it a dimmer light.
