would be nicer of a better section of food for breakfast other than cereal more fruit and maybe a warmer with scrambled eggs with sausage links bread/muffins or yogurt, juice or milk offered.

The coffee pot did not work in the bedroom and my beds were broken outside appearance of the hotel could be freshen up with paint and the pool and hot tub need to be clean

Could’ve had better selection for breakfast in the mountains. Scenery from the balcony was so awesome. the room was clean the sheets were the bedding was excellent pillows were comfy. The rooms were excellent. The microwave and the refrigerator worked TV worked. Everything was clean in the room and including the bathtub in the toilets were clean couldn’t ask for a room except for the bed.

I didn’t like the fact that when my girlfriend tried to check out that the front desk clerk was asleep at the counter with the door locked, right in front of the window and I had to call the property to check out

While it seemed clean and smelled heavily of cleaning supplies, the room smelled of smoke even through it was a non smoking room and we found a dead roach under the head of the bed. The cleaning supplies also irritated my lungs. I could not tell if it was the smoke smell or cleaning products , but I am asthmatic and I could not stop weezing. There was also a disturbed transient sleeping outside close in a corridor that was making load noises and scared my kids. We had to walk around the front to avoid them when we went to get food at night and didn't feel safe.

The jacuzzi in the suite was very nice. The room was spacious. There were many places to eat near by.

facility under construction/renovation and noise all night. the doors to the rooms open out and are warped and hard to close and Ill fitted at least a half inch gap on the bottom allowing freezing cold air to blow in and for a stranger or other Dangers to tell exactly what you are doing or even where you are in your room. a lot of random people living in broken cars it seems in the parking. did not feel safe AT ALL!… when I first got into my room there was what almost assuredly seemed fresh urine un-flushed in the toilet… HORRIBLE!

Again, I want to mention the staff was great. Very friendly and willing to help. The room did not match the pictures at all. Although the sheets were clean the walls just looked dirty and had writing. The restroom had some mold and although it was a non-smoking room the room had a lingering stench of cigarettes.

Photos were taken ages ago. Unfortunately the room was like hovel, the pool was dirty and there was no breakfast. The worst were animal hairs in the linens. We found another Inn.

Staff was the best. They give the money back after we show the animal hairs in the bed.

We got a hot tub room and floors was dirty in all corners of the room I had to get my own cleaning products to reclean hot tub u could see a ring around tub and black strands of hair all over cabinet piece at bottom of hot tub was hanging on my a nail cigarette burns on tub and counters and spider and roaches also the numerous homeless and drug addicts that they allow to hang out in parking lot with their dogs everywhere running up on u about to bite and the abandoned destroyed vehicles there also. Don't see my husband and I using them again to say the least.
