Hot tub and Sauna were not working. All the furniture was chipped, made it feel rundown. Bathroom door would not close and was on upsidedown.

We were not told that the pool was not in service at time o booking or at time of check in. My teenagers literally came with to go to pool, so they ran to get suits on and finding a big "pool is closed" sign was disappointing. I asked about potential reimbursement as it was not cheap to stay and 100% would not have booked there if we were aware of pool situation. In addition to the closed pool, we were greatly disapointed by the "breakfast." Dry cereal, white bread slices, scrambled eggs, sausage links and juice about sums it up. There were no items in fridge at all so no milk for cereal, toaster was not working well and there was butter but only a few packs of jelly. The coffee maker was out of order and the waffle mix was separating when it came out of dispenser. One of my sons tried to make a waffle but the syrup dispenser was empty too. This was 45 minutes before end of "breakfast service time" and no one could be found to ask for anything to be refilled (no one was at desk or checking on the breakfast area).

I needed a receipt to get free skiing for the day at Andes Tower Hills but they couldn't give me one, they were convinced I had to pay through this app but the app stated I had to pay there. Better communication would between the Comfort Inn and Booking would have been good. They eventually got it sorted out but not until 4pm so they cost me a day of skiing... If you need a receipt at checkout, don't use Booking just call the hotel directly.

Paid over $140 per room for my family to stay with a pool & swim. Freezing cold pool &hot tub. I asked about the hot tub upon check in and could have been told up front noting worked. $140 is too much to pay for just a room and no pool. I would like a discount. I specifically chose this hotel for the pool and paid extra.

Room was not very clean as there was a significant amount of hair in the shower, on the bath mat and in and around the sink. One of the two bath towels had a large threadbare spot and a large stain. There was also hair in both beds.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
